Great Hotel that I will recommend to my mother-in-law hoping that it can slip because of the puddles created by the losses of the air conditioners. Great shower service, mandatory cold, to combat the decay of the skin, thus saving the cosmetic surgeon's fee.
No other treats to report.

In the most absolute manner is not a hotel that can boast 4 stars. Decor very bad, and if I say bad I mean from my birth date back in 90’
The hotel is clean, as it can be cleaned a hotel that looks like a two-star! In the corridors the stench of the hospital as according to me, not even at the policlinico of Naples. And besides the smell, the corridor if reminded him of a hospital. The rooms have a decor as if to say… “little”
If I purchase a 4 star hotel I expect at least décor and good quality, elegant. Certainly not two beds united to form a double bed, the bathroom let alone the shower smelled like mold! Dear customers and travelers, I stayed a night at a cost of 116€
When he was not included even parking the car that there is a cost of 15€ per day with the consequent discomfort to call the receptionist to have us open the bar to our every move. From my experience I can only convey to you that : in the most absolute way to be considered a 4 star hotel. I travel around the various hotels. Not a 4* sadly. Rooms require decorating, not what you expect from 4*, breakfast was terrible, bread was not fresh daily. Rotten kiwi fruit, which I do have photos of. Cakes not fresh. Fly in the orange jug first morning for breakfast, should have taken a photo of that but too polite on my first day. Rosa on reception a credit to the hotel. I have stayed many places in Maori & Minori yearly, this was the first & last sadly for this hotel. Up your game at f you stay open out of high season.

Hotels by the sea, friendly, professional and request-conscious staff. Well-appointed and well-arranged rooms with sea views. Strategic location and availability of ample parking nearby.

Pretty good for the price. Facilities are good and staff are okay contrary to previous reviewer's remarks. Very close to the Sita bus stop, beach, restaurants and more. Would recommend this place for its price, service and amenities.

The location and good hotel is completely to be renovated not worth the price paid rooms are uncomfortable little without electrical outlets the discreet service the only positive thing is the parking agreement…

The hotel is in a good location is right at the end of the chiunzi pass, equipped with parking contracted at 15 euros per dd and beach contracted at 25 euros.
It's a four-star on paper but absolutely not deserved. The Structure is old. The rooms are equipped with air conditioner whose exhaust is in the shower, there is a mini empty fridge and the bathroom still has the sinks and shower with the knobs without mixer to adjust the water…
Breakfast gaunt for a four-star and then in business hotels breakfast could be until 9am. 30 but in a holiday hotel at least until 10am. 30
Anyway the staff were nice.
Be careful because the check out is by 11am and if you have the car in the parking lot The 15 euros daily cover until the check out time then from 11am onwards you pay 3 euros per hour…

The cleaning of the room is the only thing I save… everything is extra, room service 24/24 nn exists… At 9:30 p. M. They weren't able to bring me a latte and I had to go to the bar across the street. It's a hotel but nn doesn't even have lunch and dinner… you have to go to the inn next door… Breakfast No… is 2 steps from the sea the deckchair pays extra and nn there is bath nor water because still under construction… parking is on reservation and for a fee.

Two steps from the sea and the way the town is made in the center.

Very central and comfortable with paid parking (expensive). Very neglected the interiors and the furnishings. Bathroom without essential window the rest.

Not bad, but they could stretch a little more for what they charge with breakfast. The garage in an unpaved basement and the cars one after the other. If THE guard wasn't there, it was your turn to wait or look for him. And it's not that it was cheap, exactly, 15o per day.
