I was supposed to have a peaceful and enjoyable weekend trip to Italy, for the first time, with 5 other women. I was in touch with Enza a day before I was supposed to arrive to Italy from Barcelona. They asked me to provide them with my flight number to so that they could track whether or not it would be delayed prior to arrival at the hotel. I sent Enza absolutely every piece of information regarding my trip. There was no expression of an issue of check in prior to my arrival. I had a problem with my flight through Vueling air, in which it was delayed two hours. I thought it wouldn't be a problem since I had emailed Enza the flight number a day in advance solely for the reason of tracking my arrival. When I arrived in Italy I received a phone call that they would not wait for me any longer and that I have to find new place. I was left HOMELESS on the streets of Italy with 5 other women. We do not speak Italian and could not find another hotel to stay at. They REFUSED to refund me and counted my booking as a "no show", which makes it look like I personally chose to not stay at the hotel. Further, I arrived at the hotel the second day I booked and had payed for and was greeted by the most absurdly rude woman in Italy. She actually stood up and screamed in my face about how not coming the night before was all my fault. She told me that it wasn't her problem that 6 women were left homeless at midnight in Italy. Additionally, she told me I should of thanked her.

The bathroom is old and has a broken toilet seat. Most shocking was the fact that the lady told us we have some croissants for the breakfast, but there were some mold ones. I totally don't recommend this place!
