Fantastic family run agriturismo with the kindest service minded staff. The room was clean and equipped with all things needed and a large balcony with sea view.
We, my husband and I, enjoyed 3 days at Mare e Monti — good local cooking, with fresh local products.
An agriturismo in beautiful settings, and cared for by the family.

Yesterday evening we went to the farm Mare e monti. We were surprised and enthusiastic by the lovely dinner and the hospitality and friendliness of the owner. He delighted us with an appetizer of local meats and cheeses, what to say a goodness. A special note also goes to the buffalo mozzarella, to try. Following a grill for 2 mixed consisting of lamb sausages porchetta pork and a sublime fillet of scottona that to say the least melted on the palate like butter. A must try. All accompanied by the friendliness and extreme care of the owner and the soothing scent of strawberry grapes of the pergola that hosted us.

We stayed in August for 4 days, a wonderful place overlooking the Amalfi Coast, Silvio and his staff are fantastic, helpful, kind and much more, local and delicious food, highly recommended!

Although the day did not allow us to enjoy the amazing panorama that this farm offers Silvio has kept his promise:
-brought us THE SUN TO THE TABLE-.
A beautiful farmhouse with typical dishes, refined ingredients and a lot of genuineness.!
Silvio, a very good and very helpful innkeeper, ready to best satisfy all our requests and to fully center our culinary cravings.
We will return on a beautiful sunny day to eat in the beautiful veranda overlooking the coast and walk among the various paths that intertwine and start from the same farm.

A lovely place and the owners are available and professional, we started from here to taste the new healthy food and fresh air after all this period of lockdown… It was nice to meet today, after being here last year and we definitely will be back as soon as possible… I highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent host and fantastic staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Yes it's quite far up the hill but Sylvio and his family or staff took us down every morning in time for the bus and picked us up at night, in their own cars free of charge. We had a balcony room overlooking the sea, no air conditioning but with no one to look in, the French doors to the balcony could be left open every night. And although it was a bit early being wakened to that view by the hens and peacocks was quite endearing. Lovely food too. All in all a positive and enjoyable experience which I would recommend highly.

Ok, where do I start? I highly recommend this place to anyone! Most of all because the host has given a new meaning to the word hospitality. The staff is amazing, beyond friendly and it is absolutely contagious. The moment you get up and walk in for breakfast you are greeted in a manner that I remember from my childhood days. Full of warmth and enthousiasm. The breakfast is great. You can order omelets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs. Anything! And when you have to wait a minute it is because they are getting the fresh eggs directly from the chickens. The food is fresh and also dinner is very good, like the homemade wines. The area is pretty and we stayed in a new room which was simply fantastic. Yes, you are on a farm, there are dogs barking, a rooster and birds singing in the morning. We loved it and we wish the owner Sylvio and his staff all the best. If you like to know where you stand with the prices; 25 euro for dinner (starter, main course and desert) or 15 euro (main course and desert) a bottle of wine: 6 euro’s. Enjoy!

Absolutely beautiful. Silvio and his staff are warm and welcoming. The farm is wonderful, the views amazing, the food fantastic and the rooms comfortable, clean and quiet. Absolutely heavenly. Short walk to the Town square and bus stop for Amalfi. Will be sad to leave.

A little gem. One of the best little b&b's That I have ever stayed in. The views from the view points next to the property are the best along the coast and as a bonus they have an excellent restaurant which they serve organic food from the property. Owner and staff super friendly A+++++

We were Sunday by Silvio and family, as always a wonderful welcome and a fantastic lunch with some delicious pastries prepared by the excellent pastry chef Anna! Surely we will see you again soon and our vote is always ten and praise!

A very nice family owned restaurant/bed and breakfast. Had lunch there and visited the little farm, there is a lovely view of Amalfi nearby.

Very beautiful complex, local produce, wonderful view, very friendly, walks sideways the Amalfitan coast unforgettable.

Very much out of the way, (2000 feet above sea level and straight up! ) but… also a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend this to hikers, but for out of shape seniors like ourselves, no. Did a walk to the village, found 1 restaurant, (a darn good one I might add! ) but had trouble climbing back up the hill to our property. Staff here is excellent, rooms are great, as is the view. Keep in mind farm life is very noisy… roosters, dogs barking constantly, and because it is a family business, the kids are around making for a not so quiet breakfast. The food is nicely prepared but a little overpriced. Silvio's homemade wine is a great touch! All in all, a lovely place, but research first to realize how far (not so much far, but takes a while to get anywhere because of the roads! ) you are from the areas you want to visit.

Beautiful and clean rooms with a beautiful view. The staff are very pleasant, and very tasty food. Nice and friendly atmosphere and good organisation. And great jam from nona! Mateo from Belgrade.

Our visit surpassed all expectations. The view is better than the photos. The food is excellent home-style cooking. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The other guests were from all nations and it was enjoyable to talk with them each morning and evening. The host family is wonderful and most helpful. The location is quiet yet convenient … easy to park but also no problem to walk to the bus stop. Highly recommended! NOTE: The Google map location is not correct. It is actually located close to B&B Santa Lucia.

What about spending a Sunday full of good food. We were greeted with kindness by the owner, sig. Silvio is very friendly and courteous, attentive to our every need. To start a slew of endless appetizers with vegetables from the garden, salami, ricotta, fresh and aged cheeses. 2 taste both very good and genuine then this is a triumph of meat that we're not done for the too much abundance in order fruit, sweets, liqueurs and coffee. The price was very competitive for the variety of proposals. An experience that I would recommend gladly to everyone and we will return with great joy. For families I can add that despite the lack of attractions for children, these have had a great time in discovering all of the numerous animals that are raised and the variety of vegetables and fruit, grown. Congratulations sig. Silvio and a mention of the mum cook of the amazing that was able to give us ancient flavours and genuine without too many frills.

Lovely place, welcoming and super food the top. A few adjectives to describe this hotel and its fantastic staff. The five stars are well-deserved.

Place from the farm but the price of luxury restaurant 1 portion of ravioli14 euro 1 slice of meat 2 pound 14 euro I ask myself, but that meat is from 70 euros per kilo? 2 salads normali8 euro1 entree 15 euro dear Silvio I want to pay a fair but not be taken for the… out of your way to do if you want to, I still have the receipt with all your prices, thank you to your friend for having recommended bad.

If you like places in nature the Agriturismo Mare e Monti is the ideal place to eat and stay.
The food is very good, prepared with products that the farm offers; nothing more healthy and natural. The desserts are yummy (especially the pie for breakfast! ).
The dining area is cozy and rustic style makes it totally suitable for a cottage.
The bedrooms are clean and comfortable and the sea is gorgeous!
The value for money is very good.
The staff is very kind!
The only drawback about this place is the fact that, being a bit isolated, cell phones take a little but I don't think it's a serious problem as on vacation, in my opinion, we should relax, enjoy the moment and get away from everything else.

Fantastic location with a view, unbelievably good home made (and often also home grown) food, friendly hosts who welcome you like family and who are extremely helpful (and well informed) when it comes to planning excursions (hiking, sightseeing, beaches,. ) Best breakfast ever with fresh mozarella, prosciutto, loads of cherries, strawberries,. You should definitely come here if you like good food and a nice place to stay at the Sorrento peninsola / Amalfi coast!

Excellent lunch in a farmhouse, a starter beyond measure and of the highest quality sausage-filled dumplings and vegetables locally, all accompanied by a full-bodied red wine … cakes with strawberries delicious … What about a nice day even though the weather was not the best great for children who have the opportunity to see a small farm with goats, cows, chickens geese etc. Low price. Thanks to Silvio wide availability.

Very not bad, very tasty, I recommend a neighbor to take the horses and be sure to go on walking trails.

Perfect; family-run farm with comfortable rooms and excellent service. Honest, generous cooking with fresh produce from the farm.

We've been in this House for the event and we had a great time, the owners are very kind and friendly, we ate a wonder with homemade dishes and hearty, great meat, and you pay the right. The garden is very pleasant and there a lovely sea view. Really worth recommending.

Lovely place where quietness and green talking are the masters. And then. Then the food just great and genuine. To try out.

Nice place, a bit far from the coast, the cleanup is not at the highest level, that's very kind.
