Nice place to view italys perfect nature but personal is rude and it’s not the hospitaly you expect when seeing pictures. The communal kitchen was already empty by 09:00. No tea and no coffee.

Great place. Needs to improve on breakfast. N no smoking should be instilled. People were smoking next door. N it was traveling into our open windows. Guess you can tell. We are non smokers.
