It is a house with multiple rooms which include a bathroom. The room is close to the center. Very clean and taken care of. You feel like beeing at home. The host is called Fabio and is very simpatic.

A lovely room, with a great view. Simply breakfast in a quaint dining room. Great host. Shower was a disappointment, small, poor flow/pressure and mostly cold.

Nicola is the best host! Expect very clean rooms, the freshest breakfast in all of Praia a Mare, and the best coffee.

Now this was a stay I can really recommend.
Rooms are nice and clean and beds are comfortable. All standard equipment is there, fridge, tv, air-con. Even plug-in insect repellents were available.
