Amazing getaway from busy life but still very close to all major viewpoints like Tropea, Pizzo and Capo Vaticano. One of my favourite places in Italy and amazing hosts.

Key words to describe: Hospitality and friendliness, nature, good food. The property is located in a strategic position. A car is necessary but in a few minutes you can reach beautiful beaches.

Great friendly service patient with our lack of Italian.
A real treat.

Excellent all round. Super staff. A breakfast that was amazing. The most beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. Very clean and tidy. Connections could not be easier.

Best place for staying in Calabria. Near to Tropea, next to the fs Santa Domenica.
The host communicates great in English — which makes the stay much more easier.

Have no doubts in booking Domenico's fantastic, modern apartment in San Domenica. We carry in our memory the fabulous sunsets with a view in front of Stromboli sipping fresh beer on our terrace.

I was there last year in September and it's the perfect time to go there — no annoying animations, few people, the beach without crowds and the weather is great.

The Hotel Grotticelle is very welcoming.
The structure is really nice with a large swimming pool, sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone.
The rooms are comfortable with everything you need.
