This is absolutely THE best place to stay in Tropea. The location could not be better! Our room overlooked the gorgeous church on top of the mountain & looked so breathtaking at night lit up. The room was very spacious & clean. Monica was so wonderful & accommodating. Her breakfast was delicious! Without a doubt, book this place. You will have 0 regrets & will be very happy that you did!
Scam warning. Paid a month ago and suddenly received multiple messages from the property asking me to click a link to “verify” my stay to protect both myself and the property. Why would I have to verify if I’ve paid already? Dodgy stay. Do not waste your time booking here. I assume because I booked a while back they wanted me to cancel so that they can put the prices up and have the room booked for someone else.

Our stay at Sunset B&B was absolutely perfect we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Monica, the owner, is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She really goes above and beyond to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. She speaks great English, which made everything very easy, and you can tell she truly cares about her guests.
Every morning, she prepared a fresh breakfast tailored completely to our preferences and brought it to our balcony on a tray. Being able to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun with such a phenomenal view was honestly unforgettable.
We stayed in the Volcano room, which has a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and the volcano the view alone is worth it. The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped. Nothing was missing.
The location is unbeatable: right in the center of Tropea, close to restaurants, the beach, and all the main sights, yet still peaceful. It’s also only about a 15-minute walk to the train station, which is very convenient.
We were even able to check in earlier after a long and tiring flight, which we really appreciated.
We would 100% come back here this stay exceeded all expectations. Bravo, Monica!
