Good location, as it is close to the station (certainly not for swimmers) and good cleanliness of the rooms, but important critical points: rooms on the third floor without lift, really poor breakfast with coffee machine and a few biscuits and jams, while the lady from the B&B he had spoken of 'bagged croissants', a bathroom with bad odors escaping (perhaps from the shower), of which we had not been informed, uncomfortable mattresses and a very polemical owner, especially when we suddenly found ourselves without electricity and he left us resolve the inconvenience with instructions sent to your mobile phone. At the beginning she asked for a price of €70 and then she corrected herself twice, the last time on the same day of arrival.
The emergency light that illuminated the room all night was right in front of our beds, and we were unable to rest.
Very bad experience. Not to be repeated.

We stayed for 12 nights and had a great time throughout our stay.
Convenient location to the station and the center, both reachable in a few minutes on foot.
The room is spacious, equipped with all comforts (TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, mini bar), the bathroom has a very large shower.
The balcony is large with the possibility of hanging clothes and beach towels.
The welcome was excellent, the owner welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary information. The varied and abundant breakfast with croissants, pastries and cakes also homemade by the owner.
The owner, very helpful, provided us with an umbrella to use on the beach at no additional cost.
The cleaning and linen change service was excellent, every corner was perfectly clean and the linen (towels and sheets) were changed every 2/3 days.
The only flaw: the rooms are poorly soundproofed and you could hear noises coming from other rooms or from the corridor but this clearly also depends in part on the level of "noisiness" of the other guests.
The proximity to the railway line can be a source of disturbance for light sleepers but at night the passage of trains is infrequent.
The rooms are on the third floor and the building does not have a lift but we were informed of this at the time of booking.
