Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and balcony. No breakfast but there is a shared kitchen for guests with everything you need. The host was very friendly, on the day of arrival he helped me get there by car because it was raining. Always in touch and ready to help with any question.

Everything is simply perfect: from the 2 new and well-kept rooms, to the abundant and succulent breakfast made of garden products, fresh fruit, fresh tarts, pancakes, toast, cold cuts and cheeses, omelettes, yogurt, jams, Nutella, pizzas… all Francesco's hospitality, his friendliness and friendliness, the daily and meticulous cleaning of the rooms, the change of sheets, the willingness to resolve all our requests in some way… in short, nothing negative to report. We also appreciated the only 10 minute walk that separated us from the center of Tropea: a healthy walk necessary to get rid of all the specialties of the city. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at the BB overnight stay in Tropea! Francesco treated us to a delicious breakfast every morning, which included fresh vegetables from his own garden — a real treat! The rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable, and the views from our accommodation were simply breathtaking. We were able to enjoy the beauty of Tropea right from our window. Francesco and his team made our stay an unforgettable experience. We can only warmly recommend this accommodation and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Top place away from traffic but 5 minutes walk from the center. New, clean and welcoming rooms. The 10 and praise goes to Francesco, he welcomes you like someone at home. If you have a problem he solves it for you. Super recommended don't look for anything else. I hope to come back soon.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week. Our opinion is absolutely positive. The b&b is located a stone's throw from the center of Tropea. The rooms are spacious, with attention to the smallest details, equipped with all comforts. Daily cleaning of the rooms. You don't find a speck of dust. And then what about the owner Francesco, an exceptional person who followed us and advised us on itineraries to follow, beaches, restaurants, etc… for the entire duration of our holiday. Thanks for everything. I highly recommend this property. You will not regret it!

The reviews don't lie. Francesco is kind and attentive to his guests. He recommended a great restaurant for us to eat at and was always available. The place is very clean and welcoming. A few minutes from the center of Tropea, its location outside the center is perfect for sleeping peacefully. We will definitely be back.

I stayed in this B&B with my boyfriend for 9 days. We had a very good time: the spacious, clean room with a small balcony, the abundant breakfast, Francesco, the owner, a very easy-going and super helpful person ready to satisfy our every need.
Located in a strategic area just a few meters from the center and close to many beaches and the port.
The only flaw is that the room was not soundproofed and some noise could be heard.
Overall excellent value for money. I recommend it!

My stay in B&B Solandra was simply perfect. I had great stay, owners are really sweet, rooms are awesome and location is great!
Location: 5-10 min on foot to Old Town and viewpoints, restaurants, shops etc. 20 min on foot there are 2 big supermarkets, bank with ATM. Railway station Tripea is 10 min on foot from B&B.
Rooms: apartments are located in one building, below owners stay, above there are rooms with separate entrance. Rooms are spacious (my room no. 4 was perfect), some have balcony some terrace. Mine had "french" balcony, airconditioning, ensuited bathroom, comfy bed, TV (Italian channels). In the hall there is a bar, forner place where breakfast was served. Owner was so nice to leave kettle for me, so I could have tea in the evening. There is also quite big closet and safe. Rooms are super clean, checked everyday.
Breakfast: is served in small builing in front of main one. This place is not avaiable outside breakfast hours 8:30-10:00. For breakfast there is a choice of bread, cheese, ham, tomatoes, yogurt, fruits, cerial, juces, tea, coffe and sweets.
Owners are really nice and although they don't speak English, Francesco uses WhatsUp and Google translator to write you messages in your native language. It's so cute.
Neibourhood is just houses and gardens, and closed church. You could see sea from my room. When you wake up you see olive and lime trees. Magic. I had the most relaxing stay.
I loved my stay at B&B Solandra and I hope I'll come back one day.
