Hotel Harmony

The hotel has its own parking, however, it is very small and resembles a small courtyard. According to guests, it can accommodate between 4 and 10 cars, making it difficult to call it a full-scale parking lot.

Opinions about the staff are divided. Many guests praise the employees and waiters for their exceptional kindness, hospitality, friendliness, and willingness to help. At the same time, others complain about the rudeness of the owners and the receptionists, noting a lack of professionalism, check-in errors (unready or mixed-up rooms), and a reluctance to resolve emerging problems.

Breakfasts are mainly described as simple, minimalistic, and Italian-style, with a predominance of processed products; some guests referred to them as meager. Regarding lunches and dinners, opinions are also contradictory: some guests find the cuisine excellent, tasty, and abundant, while others describe the food as terrible and of low quality (discount products) and note the lack of options for those with lactose allergies.

The majority of guests report that the rooms and furniture are severely outdated, looking as if they are from the 70s or 80s, or even "fit for the scrap heap." Broken shelves, missing furniture handles, and general interior decay are frequently mentioned. Mattresses and beds are rated negatively: many complain that they are heavily sagged, uncomfortable, and have warped metal grids.

The condition of the bathrooms is one of the hotel's primary issues. Guests widely complain about the lack of shower cabins (only curtains), which results in water flooding the entire floor. Serious problems are mentioned: weak cold water pressure, missing shower heads in some rooms, rust on the bidets, and even instances of sewage blockage with waste overflowing into the shower. Some reviews note that a portion of the bathrooms had been recently renovated.

The air conditioning system is unstable: some rooms have new units installed, but in others, the air conditioners leak or do not function at all. Guests also reported electrical issues, including total power outages in the hotel and a lack of emergency lighting in the stairwells. In some cases, it is mentioned that air conditioners cause water leaks onto the balconies.

Cleanliness ratings are extremely polarized. Some guests find the cleaning thorough, noting the daily change of linens and general cleanliness. Others report catastrophic hygiene conditions: the presence of cockroaches and ants, a sewage smell in the bathrooms, and dirt in the corridors. Trash in the adjacent gardens is also mentioned.

The hotel is located directly opposite a sandy beach. Guests highly value the ability to use the services of the "Lido Europa" located opposite, noting a favorable offer for renting sunbeds and umbrellas for a small additional fee (approximately 10 euros).

The atmosphere in the hotel can be noisy. Guests complained about construction noise (the sound of a drill even during lunch hours) due to ongoing renovations. External noise from evening concerts taking place directly beneath the room windows is also mentioned.
