We were guests of the Felix from 20/08 to 26/08 (we were supposed to leave the following day, but unfortunately there were no trains so we had to leave the property the previous day). Before leaving for the holiday I read all the reviews where they said horrible things, both on the property and on the staff itself. In my opinion, that is not the case.
We were a group of six guys, and we had a really good time (leaving out the time and physical conditions that unfortunately were not favorable).
The manager is a good person, he was available right away with us, as well as the employees. They're all very good people, and maybe if someone got hurt, it's because rudeness prevailed. Despite our age, between 19 and 22, we have always been kind and polite, and they have done the same with us. Remember my dears, that education is the basis of everything!
We will definitely come back, hoping to find a better time!
