Very beautiful property despite the greatness, gorgeous sea and close. Clean rooms and structure. Having only enjoyed breakfast I can say it was quite rich and good. Kind animation and not too intrusive. Absolute flaw: the staff.
Bad reception for check-in. We literally waited 1h and a quarter to be able to access the rooms. Slow procedure and incompetent staff. The slowness has also occurred on other occasions, such as the simple request to reload the card to buy at the bar. Receptionists gushing at every opportunity. Excessive payment of the residence fee of 4 euros per person for each day. There were four of us and only this fee cost us 64 euros for just 4 days!
I wouldn't recommend it.

Lovely place with spectacular views of the island of Dino. Young and kind staff. We stayed a week and will definitely be returning for a next short break! Wow Praia to sea place and wonderful country! Little advertised but worth a try absolutely!

Beautiful and well kept structure a very wide pool and the sea is within walking distance! Nice and cozy rooms just that you have to change the reception staff which is very confusing and distracted! But besides TT well.

Nice place and enchantole location. I can really suggestive. Rooms directly on an ascinante and lovely view of the sea. Wow! Holidays definitely renewed in the summer time.

My room was found with the door of the broken window and with the TV not fully tuned.
The usufluiment of the pool was blocked due to a wedding.
Although you will be there after the opening hours of the restaurant however they forbid you to take food.

As a first day it is difficult to orient… Plus there's a matrimmonium that has blocked most of the access routes to my room. The activities were all suspended an hour and a half before. The pope didn't even arrive. Fridge in the room not working. TV not updated (I can only see Rai 1 and Channel 5) disappointed compared to last year.

The resort offers many services, including the spa; Beautiful in everything and good also the kitchen, the only flaw that has conditioned me for only 4 stars, was the way they have reintroduced the exterior: take paint that leaves the white on clothes and even on the skin… well, certainly not from hotel 4 *, but maybe not even cheap board!

If you know him, avoid him. And I unfortunately met him. Never again. The guest is the thing that needs to be spilling "money". Four undeserved stars.

The resort is nice but many things should be reviewed. On our arrival, we were told that within a couple of hours we would get the room, but only at 19:00 we were able to get in. Self service lunch and dinner with assigned tables, at least so it should have been and instead after being painstakingly managed to conquer your "daily food ration" you found your table occupied by other people. Then began your wandering in search of a free table. All this with the hot dishes in hand and this was repeated systematically for lunch and dinner. I've never eaten so badly. Same thing at the beach. You were supposed to arrive at dawn to find a free cot. Animation… and who saw them? Only one evening they made group dances for not half an hour and they disappeared. Very poor staff who went out of their way to satisfy all the requests, but you can not manage a structure so big with so little staff. The place is beautiful, but I would not go back even for free.

I was with my wife to spend the new year 2018, but reluctantly unfortunately I can only speak ill. I have to say that the place is beautiful as well as the suburb, spacious rooms, clean cared etc. But what ruined the whole was the organization of the tables, the menu, the dishes arrived cold, the waiters were few and rightly could not manage all the people,. Now I wonder, how do you not prepare staff for a wave of people of this magnitude? The fault I would give first of all to the staff management, the room manager of the ground floor restaurant, where was it?
Given the big turnout, why didn't you get more waiters? We do not talk then what happened with many people, who took the fruit without even begin to eat, who ran to take some food to their liking who… Without a manager directing, what was to be done and not done, everyone did what he wanted without respecting the times. Anyway it was a mess up to the dessert. In my opinion, you had to be served from start to finish, but with more staff, because when there are too many people do not even do the self service, as happened on the day 1 at lunch, but be served, because everyone is going to take and, many They remain without taking anything, as it happened. I'm sorry to say, but I missed the whole organization. I hope that next time, do not just think to get money, but be organizational, let's see that we in the South are able to do so.

New Year's Eve 2018, I do it short: the location is beautiful and we had fun thanks to the skill and sympathy of the staff. But a 4-Star is another thing. Poor food Quality but especially for the veglyon they divided the people into two rooms. One with music. One without… Starters arriving at the same table at a distance of 40 minutes. And then we complain about tourism in Calabria. If These are the entrepreneurs we're fresh. I'M not going back.

I wonder who assigned him four stars… The hotel is nice but overly large and confusing. It looks like a great resort. Chaos in the pool on the beach but especially very long rows at the buffet. The food is great and in hallucinating amounts. Basically you always eat… Nice location in front of the island of Dino, but the village does not offer much. Prices: You find people with less than half of what you spend, sleep X more days and with more family… I felt like I was in Campania because eighty percent of the clientele was Partenopea.

A great place, very cool and cozy. The food is very good and there are many alternatives to dishes. The boys always committed to sports and theatrical activities, thanks to the great quality of animators (20 +) very nice, during the morning in the morning there is always the muscular awakening both at the beach and poolside then after the Aqua Gym and the aperitif game that It changes every day. Lunch starts from 12:30 to 2:00 with just after the game coffee. In the afternoon there are both card and sports tournament and after a game in the pool.
Very large room also for 3 people with a very comfortable bathroom, the only flaw is the lack of a wardrobe for clothes but only two cabinets.
I can't wait to go back.

Beautiful views. Delicious food and wine. Great animators, a lot of dancing. Clean, stylish and comfortable room.

Unedifying experience … Large spacious rooms with very friendly staff. Newly built but poorly maintained and badly … The pool isn't huge but it has patches of dirt on the bottom because the drainage system is not working. But the note more sore and the kitchen. Food repetitive, poorly seasoned and tasteless. Chicken and potatoes as if it rains … nothing but 4stars. Cheap food from the cafeteria of third series devoid of seasonal fruits and desserts even the shadow … Strength the mother's room. Provided and really of outstanding quality. Great place, view breathtaking rooms, beautiful village.

Unfortunately my experience of a couple's weekend in May was not the best for several reasons. But let's go with order.
The rooms are quite spacious and clean, and ours was facing the sea with a beautiful view but: thankfully it wasn't those on railroad and thank goodness for the water Park adjacent was still closed. Very small TV room and in the bathroom a single SOAP dispenser near the sink. Bidet one must take it …
Nice pool and the green space, but, perhaps because newly opened and then with understaffed, plastic glasses around, bottles and bins not emptied …
Finally the restaurant: If you expect 4 star treatment forget it: it's more like a cafeteria, not even the best.

One word … wonderful! in formula gold!

Awful experience! This village is managed very poorly both because of understaffing, with little experience and a lot of rudeness, both because of the policy which has relied heavily on the number of clients to be hosted at the expense of the quality of services offered. Cheap food (out of 14 days at least in 11 they served or chicken or Turkey as meat and fish dishes were of very poor quality) with endless rows to take courses (often expect almost 10 minutes that the dealer was replenished) and silverware, dishes and jugs were often dirty or absent and were replaced by plastic cutlery. Within the village there was no control and anyone can enter from the entrance of the beach from the car park. The drinks at the beach were provided with vending machines almost always drains and accessible to all (hawkers and rom). Big inconveniences in reception with long lines both check-in and check-out. Again the staff were often rude and totally unable to handle any problems. Do two examples: a lady went to the front desk to complain to the wet pillow cases that had been and was responding by snotty receptionist that the rooms were equipped with drying racks (maybe for them it is normal).

Overall I am happy with the vacation that I did from 21 June to 5 July. The location is nice, the place and nature equally. The period that I chose is so to speak the low season and that he has been seen a lot in the back of the resort that preparation of shores and surrounding spaces. Personally I preferred to arrange day trips on their own without support me at the resort and it has paid off. Insuperable a tour to Arcomagno walk and a hike on the island of Dino completely abandoned.

I stayed in a family 4/5 seats and the room was very clean and bright. Some notes on the internal organization of the resorsoprattutto as regards the management of the dining room and kitchens. Good food without infamy and without praise. With normal propensity to reuse leftovers (and this fits. No scandals) though there were moments of genuine chaos during some lunches and dinners where the food available was scarce and queues formed from staff canteens. The feeling is that of a kitchen that was not able to withstand the quantities required by the high number of present (and we were only at the end of June, beginning of July)
A note of praise for the wait staff that while young people found themselves in the front line to face the problems above edi but they were really friendly and polite.

Great place to spend the holidays.

Unfortunately much below expectations: the hotel is cosy and in a great location, spacious and bright, but the quality of the services not covered at all in the standards required for a 4 star hotel: staff understaffed forced to continuous shifts and therefore tired, cleanliness too superficial and sometimes cursory, catering to the very cheap buffet and of questionable quality. The Maitre d ' has my observations: in 3 days, unheeded at both breakfast, lunch and dinner I noticed the fruit very dirty to leave a sign of black dust on the dishes. After I pointed out to him, too, on the fourth day the gunpowder on the fruit was such as to which. Everything is documented with photos.

Good morning, holiday ended today unfortunately, what about outstanding place, beautiful sea, good hotel service, but extremely positive about this place are their "animation"!
Starting with the great Robert Cameron, followed by his staff of special people Erika, Mary, Lello, Serena, Sabino, Enrico, and everyone else, mini club awesome! and after a day spent with them in this special place, comes the fun for the little ones with the baby dance, and with the variety and more explosives group dances at the end of the evening!

Forget for Wi-Fi. It is only marketing since I am sitting at the hotel's reception now and using mobile provider connection only. So if you need to be online you should think about it. Personal and other services are good except of snack and above mentioned.
