Spectacular service clean and tidy staff and fantastic animation… all great! suitable for all families with children…

It is just finished our stay at this hotel and I can only express positive reviews about everything. Extremely helpful staff, clean rooms, perfect restaurant for spaces and especially x Meals, everything was great from breakfast to dinner. The perfect pool for our children and for us. The shuttle service to the beach great, we did not have long waits and when my son was not very well they came immediately to pick us up at the beach. The sea then was wonderful …! There are rocks and rocks in the water but this makes the water much more beautiful and clean. Finally, the animation made our holiday perfect by entertaining both us and the children.

A wonderful experience in this beautiful five star hotel well deserved throughout. Super animation with the head animator Francesco wonderful throughout a super organization that makes you feel good always is you see that the work does it well with the heart a beautiful person, Gege with his charisma with his sympathy makes you do everything is a very good person and always makes you have fun with his motto Si va non vi li skizzi a person who loves his work is always with a smile you never see her angry, Michele a golden boy who takes you for sports games and never makes you bored with his tenacity a wonderful person in everything and also knows how to do cabaret a Bari doc. Cleanliness, kindness and excellent restaurant. Our sea view room equipped with a spectacular terrace would have been the top if equipped with a couple of sun loungers. The bathroom to be reviewed, very small shower and dated sanitary ware, as indeed a bit 'the whole structure. The beach is not the best, (obviously in consideration of the area that is lucky enough to have a sea among the most beautiful in Italy) the shower placed at the height of the bar and not near the sea decidedly uncomfortable, not to mention the rudeness of the lifeguard of the beach 2 and the shuttle schedules, too limited. Good animation, unobtrusive and engaging the right. Special mention for the staff, all have shown an exquisite kindness, and for the cleaners, from 5 star hotel. Thank you for making my holiday very enjoyable.

Everything impeccable, cleanliness, food, room staff, animators who involve you in all the activities were fantastic including all the staf. I really hope to return next year in this wonderful place where relaxation and fun are at home. Thank you all. 😘👍

What to start… Everything super starting from the girls of the reception, to the property, to the waiters, to the tireless cleaning ladies, a great cook, top animation, gorgeous holiday, I can say only thank you for everything and I highly recommend it, surely we will return an affectionate greeting to tt you St. Lucia.

It's a piece of heaven. Friendly staff, very helpful. Everyone has a kindness is an education. Smile and serenity reign in qst hotel. The clean rooms and high quality food. The price is far lower than what is offered by the property! It's already the second year. And we'll be back.

Happy for the holiday spent by you we will gladly return to spend more. The staff is friendly and helpful, the property is lovely surrounded by greenery. The rooms are spacious and clean. The top is the chef who delighted us with good food, with typical local products. The sea is gorgeous though a bit far from the hotel; difficult to walk to it because of the highway, for me it is a flaw since I love to walk. The shuttle is punctual and convenient to reach the sea. I want to thank for the availability: Andreaa of the reception and all the staff: waiters, driver, cleaners and finally the animators in particular Letizia and Pasqualina. Thanks guys!

All in all good.
The location is gorgeous. Plenty of food but not always good especially the toppings, hearty breakfast but with discount products.
I would recommend it and I would go back, but it is also necessary to make criticisms with which it certainly improves.
The shuttle service is not enough especially the return from the lido (2 trips are few)
The km from the lido are not 2 but almost 6. The minutes of travel are not 2 but 10.
The lido is great the beautiful sea.

Pros — lovely pool, nice views but only if you have a sea view, rooms are clean and food is decent. Cons — Very, very noisy, the entertainment goes to midnight and it's really silly, there are extra costs for a beach towel and lounge chairs at the beach. The shuttle service has a very inconvenient time schedule. All in all I would find a quieter place to stay if I ever return to Tropea.

I wasn't able to find a defect.

One of the best hotels I've ever been. I was in this fotel about 9 years ago, and photos show that all looks like then. I highly recommend this hotel. I have hope to back there again.

Hotel is beautifully located on the coastal road. A bit noisy at the weekend. The kitchen is absolutely fantastic.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean. However, with a 4 star of plastic cups that are also wrapped in plastic, they are superfluous. Glasses would be fitted here.

Nice hotel with pool and partial sea view, service good, food typical Italian. I can recommend it with a good conscience.

Not a 4 star hotel, rather 2 classes less! Location uninteresting, to the beach 4 km then still about 1 km on foot.

Great hotel. Clean tidy. Unfortunately no access to the sea.

The room has no window just a patio door on the corridor. One sits either in a darkroom hiter the blinds, or on the Presentierteller. The bathroom door is just under 50 cm wide. The shower, with the inner width of 40 cm, is only suitable until an assembly size of 36. The TV is in a cupboard, the remote controls for the TV and for the air conditioning are well hidden in a Papkarton. Wi-Fi is only available on the ground floor at the reception and in the restaurant but not in the rooms. Who gave the 4 stars to this House should perhaps check again. My problem is that I am not able to negatively award "stars". The drinks prices are much higher compared to the other hotels we have visited with our group. The service is unfriendly.

Hotel Hyper Clean. Very comfortable. Nice pool and staff very nice and available. A free shuttle service to Tropea. Ideal holiday. Everything is done to spend a good holiday. I would recommend it without hesitation.

We have prentotato here according to the Recesioni is we have not been disappointed, only thing that keeps me from not giving 5 * is for the cleanliness of our room, everything rest perfect, starting from the staff, which makes a difference, thanks to Andreea (reception) for asking if We wanted sandwiches since our arrival was after 23:00 hours, thanks to all the guys running around the tables at the restaurant for not wanting to miss anything, especially thanks Antonio, fantastic food a bit to improve breakfast, I mean it would take A good coffee in the morning is a nice fresh milk for the kids, not those machines, congratulations to the chef, the fantastic entertainment pity that they are only in 4 it would take more people, a thank you to Gabriela! The pool spotless not to mention, the sea is the icing on the cake! Shuttle service works a marvel! Go and you will not be disappointed! Thanks guys! Until next time!

Truly not to recommend.

Yes it is in Calabria, yes the place Tropea is not far away, a regular shuttle bus takes one from the hotel there. (Free of charge) However, the service thus exhausted itself. A pool with a bar has to offer the hotel also. However, May/June is dead pants here. The food is annoying after a few days. Again here? N.

To be satisfied price performance when you have no high standards. Food… one is ebend in Calabria.

This place is part of a nice story, I am the son of Joh the Baptist Padula, and in 2010, e tenedo luck, conoserlo, but this has a nice story, my dear father, that is not on our side!

We stayed for the third time in our lives at this excellent Hotel from 06 to 13 September 2015, occupying three separate rooms, a more beautiful and elegant than the other, one of which with sea view — literally breathtaking!
We can only confirm our previous review of the year 2012 throughout, as follows.
The facility is beautiful and the maintenance is really cared in every detail.
The pool is large and fully accessible by both large and small.
The Hotel is surrounded by greenery; There are various kinds of plants just about everywhere, all perfect. Behind the same there is a huge woodland (a true "natural lung"! ).
Great service — free beach shuttle. Among other things the vehicle used is beautiful and large.
Now we come to the "workhorse" of the Hotel, which is truly exceptional, both for the food quality for quantity! In particular, you will eat fresh fish dishes cooked by Chef divinely!
The Sea … Well, what about the sea of Tandon: literally heavenly! Crystal clear water, with Caribbean colours! And the beach is spacious (large, in some places, even about 10 metres), edited and gorgeous!
Inside the Hotel there is a particularly nice Shop where you can buy numerous delicacies calabre, difficult to find elsewhere (red onions, Nduja, delicious sauces, etc. ).
The value for/Prezzo is almost unbeatable in at least the entire Calabria!

Great entertainment, great food, great organization.

"Great holiday" I stayed at the Hotel Santa Lucia with my family for a week, it was very enjoyable, entertaining and relaxing. Thanks to everyone for the kindness and helpfulness and strength "street urchins" are unique, fun and engaging. Excellent food, compliments to the chef. One week was little, we'll see you again next year for a longer holiday. Thank you all.

We stayed the entire family from 11 to August 18, 2013, we were really pleased. As soon as we arrived we parked the car no longer use it, we used the shuttle service is also available after supper, to visit Boquete. I highly recommend it, especially to those who have small children.

I spent a wonderful weekend at this Hotel. Chosen almost at random I realized it couldn't happen to a better place. Excellent service, I was extremely pleased. Surely as soon as I can I will organize a longer stay.

Are satisfied with the quality of service offered by this hotel, staff friendly and always helpful. We have gone here 3 days and I'm sure I'll be back again for summer.

Awesome hotel. Nice and calm with a beautiful view. I recommend it to anybody but teenage party gangs. The staff is very helpful and the food is mostly great.

We stayed from 01 to 9/8/2012 and had a great time!
You eat from God! Divinely-cooked fresh fish is served all day by the Chef!
The Caribbean Sea and the beach beautiful and spacious.
One of the three rooms we occupied was overlooking — breathtaking!
The entire staff working inside the hotel is extremely nice indistinctly towards all customers, and ' very professionally prepared.
/Prezzo almost unbeatable value for at least the entire Calabria!
