The hotel is on the second and last floor of a beautiful Italian family with its own olive garden. Breakfast in the huge room on the ground floor inspires with its Mediterranean flair. Perfect cleanliness in the room, comfortable bed, first line to the sea. Very hospitable hosts.

Positive: The host (Simone) 's mother graciously greeted us with freshly baked muffins upon arrival. Free parking was available in the courtyard of the property under some nice shady trees to keep the car cool! The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good air-conditioning, definitely worth the price! The area was safe and located across the street from the beach and close to nice beachfront restaurants (i. E. Pirata). The property is also located close to the motorway and is a nice place to stop on a tour through southern Italy. Simone was particularly honest and kind… when my husband forgot his driver's license he went out of his way to contact us and send it on to our next hotel. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality! We hope to visit again soon.

Wonderful family-run hotel across the street from the sea. Conveniently located in town — easy walking distance to restaurants, a small supermarket, and the beach. Nice sized, clean rooms with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a balcony, and comfortable beds. Pretty breakfast area with flexible, basic "grab and go" style food and espresso. A small community kitchenette was available as well. This hotel is the perfect balance between budget and comfort. Simone was a fantastic host — the hotel was clean, well-stocked, and he responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Thank you, Simone! We hope to visit you again one day. Highly recommended.
