Very nice location. Bad management and bad service.
Pool itself is clean and well kept, its a shame the attitude and service of the 'lifeguard' AKA the pool doorman couldn't be reviewed in such a positive light…
We visited the pool on 3 occasions over a 7 day trip. In the first day, he would not let us sit next to family members who had arrived some time earlier than us which I found quite odd as there were plenty of free loungers around them. On our second and third visit he said we HAD to take sunloungers in undesirable spots around the pool, he would not let us move to empty loungers but then what seemed to be local residents could come and choose a spot no questions asked. He allowed the local children to jump, dive and generally have lots of fun but our child and other British children were told off when they did it. Such a shame he is allowed to run the pool in such a way. We happened to talk to two other British families who had also suffered a similar experience. It seems so odd to treat customers in such a way and made us feel quite uncomfortable during our visits.
The restaurant and bar staff were more friendly and again the inside of the hotel was clean and well organised. The hotel is majorly let down by the pool staff.
