Title: Disaster experience – misleading photos and completely dirty!
Positive:
The only good thing about this apartment is the view. That’s it.
Negative:
Misleading photos: The pictures on the profile are not even close to reality. The actual state of the apartment is run-down and neglected.
Rip-off cleaning fees: They charge a mandatory €70 for cleaning, but the apartment was dirty upon arrival. The kitchen had dirty dishes, completely ruined and unusable pans, and not a single knife or cutting board was provided.
Absurd rules: If you don't leave the kitchen spotlessly clean, they threaten to charge you an extra €50.
Hygiene & Maintenance: We were given a dirty bedsheet with a visible shoe print on it! There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the lights kept flickering and failing.
Staff: Extremely unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful.
