Wow, what a wonderful place with wonderful people. The kids just loved the dog Holli, the table soccer and pingpong table. We did love the garden and bbq. The hosts are very helpful.
It’s convenient for exploring Tropea and around and a few minutes drive from this place is a very good bakery/market with the best sandwich we had in Calabria. The name is Market Artese. Around 1pm, it can get very busy with locals getting a sandwich or trattoria style food.

Nice and clean environment. The owners are very kind. From the sea is 700 meters but the beach is very beautiful. The house is cool the night is the rest is pleasant. Recommended for those with small children thanks to the play area set up for them in the common area. Satisfied!

Stayed at this property during Calabria trip end of July. Images on booking. Com, similar to the owneŕs website are not recent.
Positives:
— rooms are clean, kitchen is equipped, towels lining is clean, apartments are renovated, furniture is new.
— electricity included into the bill.
Negatives:
— no washing mashing, no dishwasher, aircon in the leaving room not in the bedroom.
— ants 🐜 in the kitchen and bathroom. Owner said its due to us frying fish, but even after we have taken garbage out, put bin to the terrace and triple cleaned kitchen, bugs still remained in the house. Nothing could be left on the table overnight. Owner didn’t bother to ask if ant problem was solved. She simply said her ants are our fault.

— Garden is not well maintained, no green grass as on the pictures. Area is small and It is shared with other apartments.
— it was very noisy in the evenings and there has been no privacy at all to sit and have meal outside. There has been somebody constantly walking by or owners having visitors, dog barking etc and that continued till ca 11pm. Morning was similar, forget about longer sleep table football will keep you awake early enough…
— villas are 2 floors and there are 3-4 apartments in the building, its not house or townhouse or villa as mentioned on booking. Com! As a result we could hear neighbours upstairs moving chairs, children next door singing, someone playing table football infront of our apartment.
