From the time we made the reservation until we checked out our experience was nothing less than amazing. They had all the right touches to make us feel like welcomed family. The room was exceptional and only second to the service we received. I have traveled to over 60 countries so have stayed in a lot of hotels and can say this is one of my best experiences. The Palazzo Reginella Residence Hotel gets my highest recommendation.
