The best thing about this B&B is that the owners are always very responsive and very kind.
Our room was quite small for 3 people but it was also named XS, so maybe expected. In any case, it was very clean and with a modern feel. The garden is beautiful, well taken care of, with fruit trees all around which we also were offered figs from 😋. There is a sea view but over the railway and some buildings, but the terrace is quite wide and well furnished.
The thing that left us really disappointed was the breakfast. Bars and bakeries in Italy make excellent croissants and cakes, and local products that are delicious. It is a bit poor to offer supermarket pastries wrapped in plastic. It really took the magic away for us. The Cappuccino and the coffee were very good but on the second day we had our croissants somewhere else. I had read a comment on a review where they said the croissants were freshly baked so I hope this time they had the oven broken, so it might be only temporary.
To wrap it up, a decent place to spend a couple of nights, very close to the sea path and the city centre with excellent communication by the hosts.

Rooms are large and in a very good shape, yet the overall impression is rather impersonal. The view is on the railway track with the sea in the background; not the most pleasant one. Italian breakfast is really Italian piccolo collazione. The price reflects the impression well; the naming is wrong.
