A hidden gem tucked away in the vichi. Delicious pasta, incredible wine and the best calamari I've ever eaten. And you can't beat the atmosphere. If you're in Belmonte Calabro make sure to stop by for a meal or drinks before you leave!
➜ Hard to find a restaurant with such a distinctive location. It's really short to be TOP. Local can be improved as the décor. The terraces are great but the plastic tables and chairs are out of tune, better if it's pub-like wood. Bathroom that can be improved. The staff and manager deserve five stars, they are helpful and meticulous. At the kitchen I put four stars, I found it particular, good and original. A weak point are the wines, the offer of local wines should be expanded, I advise the manager to focus everything on Calabrian wines, especially on Savuto wines such as Pironti and Colacino and Cirò wines especially on Librandi. Having a large wine list is very important for a restaurant like this but you have to do it by keeping the prices of bottles much more affordable than the coastal restaurants. Locations like few restaurants can boast, Calabrian historic centers are beautiful and deserve so much attention. Last tip to the manager: background music is important. Four full stars in total.

In a lovely village this place goes well with the somewhat fairytale atmosphere of the place. Covered lounge and outdoor terraces, around roofs and vines. The staff was discreet and friendly, great food, decent choice of wines. I confirm what I read in a previous review, lacks a bit of order and sophistication in detail given the potential and uniqueness of the place (but I am a woman) and the bathroom itself, should be taken care of more. I can't review the B&B we dined, but a room in that place and with that tranquility can only promise well!
