The hosts of this property are super lovely people, Antonella — Leyla for short ;) — and her husband, were warm, kind and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Leyla upgraded me at no extra charge from a single room to a spacious double room with a balcony and lovely view of the old town. Breakfast was enjoyed outside under a gazebo and Leyla had catered specifically for my tastes — less sweet, more savoury with meats, cheese, homemade bread (courtesy of mamá), home-grown organic fruit and eggs, plus homemade cake by Leyla.
I had a few personal things to deal with in the morning so Leyla readily accommodated a later check-out for me. I was travelling by motorbike and was offered secure, gated parking at the rear of the property but the town is so quiet and relaxed I didn't feel the need and was happy to park my bike at the front.
Everything about this stay was perfect and I would love to return. Especially as they are in the process of more renovations to the already lovely house, I would love to see what they do! Grazie Leyla!
