Two wonderful weeks, beautiful place, spacious and clean rooms and exceptional staff, friendly and nice people who welcomed us and made us spend unforgettable days! Thanks to the reception, the cleaning, the shuttle drivers, all the staff of the village and a special thanks to the animators, fantastic. They made us laugh, have fun, play, took care of us and our girls, making this holiday unique! We left a piece of heart from you ❤ we will definitely come back!

We stayed at this magnificent property to spend a great holiday. I start by congratulating the waiter Vincenzo very attentive and fast. The food very good and varied (to improve only the appetizer). The animators, who were able to cheer up our days, were the highlight of the whole week, very nice and friendly. Spectacular sea with a beautiful equipped beach. Swimming pool always clean and attention to detail. Spacious rooms equipped with every comfort. It was truly a wonderful week. To come back!

The food is of low quality and in quantity restricted, the pork chop in half for the kids (never seen it) and for dessert a spoon of ice-cream, accompanied by a half cookie milk.

Overall, clean is welcome, but the food leaves very much to desire the advice for those who are on a diet.

With much regret I have to respond to the review "very disappointed" because the staff was prepared on the whole, the structure has always welcomed greater numbers without difficulty, the one that we had not anticipated was the lack of education of some of the guests that I do not know what a joy it was to have started with gestures, improper, not only towards the staff, but even more to the other guests, like many others, with garbo we have appreciated and understood, in addition to having seen with his own eyes, as well as one written by someone.

By virtue of the Bridge of June 2, 2018, I guest of the structure TOGETHER with MY FAMILY with 2 CHILDREN WE WERE REALLY AS DESCRIBED by the structure by phone.
The rooms were super clean, the pool had all the clarity needed to relax.
The kitchen has fulfilled our palate.
The courtesy, sympathy and kindness of the employees reflected our expectations.
In a relaxing climate we are ready to come back and enjoy the atmosphere and the fun of the nice animation.

Nightmare experience… Dirty rooms in the company of mosquitoes and ants… Long waits at the restaurant buffet and miserable dishes with VERY al dente pasta and first and second cold dishes… Water on the table with bottles with ice inside… And to finish very miserable breakfast with latte at the dropper… The only positive note the animation guys who tried to save the salvable…

To nn talk about the ants on the beds and the rooms full of mosquitoes and dirty. Then the food was cold and bad service and also raw food arrived after an hour. The pool dirty nn clean.

Not for naughtness, but you should draw a long line on your way of working and start from scratch.
I would like to send a series of photos or videos from the rooms to get to the CAFETERIA to make you understand how much disappointment there is from everyone. Sorry about the waiters who have become the victims for this bad service not wanted by them and the kids of animation who try to cheer up a poorly managed environment where no one enjoys.
I ask a kindness also for those who follow the swimming pool: I agree that you do not enter in you and not even let your children in; But we who are unfortunate do not want to make our children sick or ourselves.

For those looking for a relaxing holiday without demanding too much, this is the place. The kitchen is great, the chef is very good an exquisite person.
