Breakfast is served on an open veranda with picturesque views. The menu centers around homemade cakes, crostatas, and traditional pastries prepared by the host, Maria. Especially popular are the artisan jams made from figs, chestnuts, and apples with limoncello, fresh fruit from the garden, and natural yogurt. Upon request, a hearty savory breakfast with fried eggs, ham, and cheese is gladly prepared for guests.

The rooms are decorated in a Mediterranean style and feature private entrances to ensure complete privacy. Guests have at their disposal comfortable beds, air conditioning, spacious bathrooms, and mosquito nets on the windows. Private or shared terraces offer impressive panoramic views of the sea and surrounding mountains. Most of the rooms are quite spacious, although some travelers noted the compact size of certain accommodations.

Cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms is carried out on a daily basis. Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Guests consistently highlight the impeccable cleanliness, tidiness of the rooms, and meticulous care given to all living areas.

The property is situated away from the city hustle and highway noise, ensuring a serene getaway in the midst of nature. The ambiance invites complete relaxation and rejuvenation. Soundproofing is generally comfortable; however, in rooms adjacent to the owners' section of the house, morning sounds from breakfast preparation in the kitchen may be slightly audible.

The owners, Maria and Raffaele, along with their family, welcome guests with exceptional warmth and care. They create a relaxed, family atmosphere and are eager to share recommendations for itineraries and restaurants. The hosts are respectful of guests' privacy, combining unobtrusive service with a readiness to assist with any request.

For families, there is a safe, green outdoor area. A shaded play area for toddlers is set up in the yard. On hot summer days, a small inflatable pool is provided for children's entertainment.

The hosts often treat travelers to homemade wine, their own grappa, or a traditional aperitif from the Basilicata region. During morning conversations, guests can learn traditional recipes for making jams from local fruits. Upon request, guests can be assisted in organizing a private boat excursion along the picturesque Maratea coastline.
