I often travel for work and have hardly found rooms with an atmosphere and style comparable to the Forentum. Each suite is themed around a particular flower or spice and the furnishings, often in artistic ceramic, are truly pleasant. Impeccable cleanliness and historic location complete the picture of a place to be highly recommended. Courteous and very professional staff.

On a scorching Saturday in July, we found refreshment in the cool of an ancient cistern in the heart of Lavello. Local products and Slow food presidia, an attentive and caring service.

Judging by the experience had the restaurant is not suitable for people with food intolerances given the approximation of the service: after specifying during the booking and ordering of the courses an allergy to gluten, contaminated dishes were still served despite having guaranteed the absence of allergens. The suite with two separate rooms is comfortable, equipped with a fridge and 3 color TVs, one of which is in the relaxation area. The bathroom in the toilet part has a low vault. Dinner was good, breakfast was reduced to cappuccino and croissant.

We were guests for a few days. We found the suite tidy, welcoming, very clean and with terrific mattresses.
We had both dinner and lunch. The dishes prepared by chef Savino are excellent and carefully prepared.
We thank all the staff. We felt pampered and at home.
