We chose a room with Matterhorn view and that's exactly what we got, it was beautiful! The first night the moon was shining on the Matterhorn and it just looked amazing. There was a smallish balcony with 2 chairs and a table where we sat and had drinks sometimes.
Location : near to gornergrat station and zermatt main town by walking distance.
Rooms : spacious studio type apartment with spacious balcony and large wash room, apartment seems new or renovated.
Breakfast : large delicious spread.
Staff : was good but did not provided fan despite repeatedly said they will bring.
Recommended to stay with family.
The hotel is an easy walk from the station. Unbeknown to us, I think they offer transportation if required.
Location — 5min walk from the train station and the start of the town. There’s a supermarket pretty much opposite.
Pool/Spa — Not available. Very disappointing as this was one of the key reasons for booking. No advanced warning. Offered discounted massages instead.
Breakfast — Good selection of foods available.
