Very poor service for a Relais Chateau. Staff appeared disengaged and couldn’t be bothered. After trying to order a couple of wines that were on the list in Cielo restaurant (supposedly a Michelin star? ), our waiter told me they were out of most wines on the list because they are shutting down for the winter in 10 days and they stopped replenishing their cellar! This is astonishing poor service. This hotel is branded as an R&C, but we felt it was operating like an impersonal chain hotel.
