My cousin & I absolutely loved staying at Sotrani-I'd have to say that it was the most outstanding stay I had. It's immaculate, spotless with a fabulous location. Valeria is the nicest kindest lady & she is just the best. This was everything & more-we were just delighted! & it was by far my favourite of any place I stayed at throughout my travels in Puglia. It's an absolute gem of a place & a gem of an owner!

I had a truly delightful stay at SOTRANI B&B in Trani. The guesthouse is beautifully designed, blending modern comfort with authentic Italian charm. The location is ideal – just a short walk from the historic center and the seafront, yet in a quiet and peaceful area.
Valeria, the host, was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and at home. Her attention to detail, kindness, and passion for hospitality really stood out. She gave great recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit, which made my experience in Trani even more memorable.
The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches – from the quality linens to the thoughtful amenities.
Breakfast was delicious and featured fresh local products.
I highly recommend Sotrani to anyone visiting Trani. Thanks again to Valeria for such a warm and unforgettable experience – I would love to come back!

SoTrani is fantastic… It came highly recommended by a friend and the reviews are great.
I can see why. The location is so convenient. The room is very large, very clean and it has everything you need! The breakfast is delicious and a cappuccino was ready for me every morning. It was so appreciated and it was delicious!. Valeria, the host is very welcoming, gracious and she really thought of everything. The room is well appointed and the kitchen area was well stocked with water, juices, fruit and snacks.
You can’t go wrong choosing SoTrani!

We have traveled all over Italy and this was, by far, the best room, host and location to visit Trani! We enjoyed our stay immensely and highly recommend Valeria and her temporary home. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful with warm croissants, meats and cheeses, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. Thank you Valeria for a memorable stay!

Sotrani is an amazing B&B. Really modern in a beautiful old building in an excellent location in the old town. Our room was spacious and so, so comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was fantastic, with lots of fabulous toiletries. The best bathroom that we had in 9 weeks of travelling. Valeria is a gem, the most lovely, helpful, generous host. The dining / kitchen area in between the two rooms is incredibly well stocked with all sorts of yummy goodies. It doesn’t have great views, but who needs them when everything else is so perfect. It really did exceed our expectations. We didn’t want to leave. Just wonderful.

Very nice modern guest house in a very old building just steps away from Trani's harbor. A very nice breakfast of baked goods, juice and coffee was prepared for us each morning. The service went above and beyond on our first night there as we were given a ride to dinner when we were told that we would not be able to secure a cab. My one caveat is that if you are are arriving my car the driving and the parking can be quite tricky as Sotrani is located in the heart of the old city.

Beautiful and very modern accommodation with a luxury vibe. But the highlight is the welcoming and very friendly host Valeria. The breakfast was delicious, plenty and a huge selection of tasty and awesome delicacies.
The location is within a few minutes walking distance to the port and perfect to discover the old town.
If you come by car, finding a parking lot close-by can be a bit tricky. But there is enough public parking available within a 500m walking distance and (at least in may) for only 4€ a day.

We enjoyed our stay at SoTrani so much that we wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back though.
The owner, Valeria provided us with 5 star service worthy of most high end hotels. The apartment was well appointed, modern and comfortable. As our stay took place over the Christmas holiday it was nicely decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was incredible and exemplary of Pugliesi hospitality. Location a short walk to the port and many bars and restaurants. We parked at a secure private lot about a short 10 minute walk through the fascinating ancient Jewish quarter.

What an amazing place to stay. Beautifully renovated B and B in the heart of the historical center of Trani. Perfect location steps away from great restaurants and shops. All the modern amenities, spotlessly clean and wonderfully decorated. Valeria our host is amazing. She is warm and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Communication was excellent. Delicious breakfast each morning. Highly recommend! Thank you Valeria for providing such a beautiful place to stay.

This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, modern apartment with a delightful attentive owner, in the best opart of Trani. It has free parking on the adjacent square, which we were lucky to get a spot, and is within steps of the city centro with shopping, harbor, and wonderful bakery and pizzerias (Arte, right around the corner was exceptional). Valeria provided an abundant breakfast with fresh foccacia and pastries! We traveled with another couple, and shared the common area with each of us having a locked bedroom and bath. Book this if you can find openings!

What a gem Sotrani is.
We stayed for two nights in mid September 2022. The property consists of two rooms with a common kitchen/dining area. It is located in the middle of the old town just a couple of streets back from the bustling port. It is very well appointed with large rooms and beautiful, tasteful decoration. Security for the property is excellent.
Valeria is a wonderful hostess and she provides a superb Italian breakfast including Puglian focaccia, pastries, cakes, meat cuts and cheese as well as great coffee.
Parking is a bit tricky but there is free parking around the nearby Piazza Campo dei Longobardi.
We have stayed in many B&Bs in Europe and, particularly, Italy over the years and this is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We can't recommend it highly enough.
