Hotel beautifully restored staff great the breakfast supurb. No restaurant or bar. Very central to everything overlooks port and its many cafes, restaurants and bars.

Great location but rooms to be improved. Wonderful staff.

Nothing particularly wrong with this hotel. It faces the beautiful harbour at Trani but we've never managed to get a room with a view over it except one time; but this was a ground floor room. It's all just a bit 'faded' and unloved. The rooms are large with a good bed and a/c but have tiny shower cubicles in a huge bathroom. They seem to have replaced the floors in the corridors with fantastic-looking shiny marble yet the carpets in the room were stained. A shame really as we love the location and will keep coming back if we are in Puglia.

Great hotel. Larger-than-average room and bathroom, clean and ours was super quiet with comfortable mattress and double windows. The staff very friendly and breakfast very varied from sweet to salty and complete with fresh fruit. The city of Trani is very pretty but sore note is its sea, horrible to dive takes courage. Low, dark water of sand and other I think. Unfortunately for the sea it is not to return.

Very Nice, attentive to the parking lot, the staff made me park on the street in front of the entrance saying it was OK… So ok that after two months came the fine.

Although we warned them in advance that a person of us was and could only move in the wheelchair, they could not find the keys from the door without steps. What a shame for such glitzy and expensive place!

Hotel with little maintenance and poor cleanliness and full of carpet and for more dirty in the bar fridge I found myself a piece of parmesan with some bites ce little attention from the staff.

Great location and location, former convent converted to hotel, Super view from the room, average breakfast, I would only see a bit of the furniture in the rooms.

April 2017 Ok… so lots of improvments and really great and friendly staff! Everything great especially breakfast BUT please they need to allow english speaking guests the opportunity to watch English language TV channels.! And also you need to explain very clearly in the rooms, which channel this would be on. This is not a big demand. This is a VERY reasonable request. Many thanks to Teo and Anna Maria for all their help AND the staff working in the breakfast room. We all really appreciate what you do many thanks… I stayed her in Sept 2016 — perhaps many of the issues have been corrected. CONS: Reception staff can be brusque, disorganised and unhelpful and not as efficient as they could or should. Numerous issues such as air-conditioning systems not working correctly or as they should. Various things broken in the room, lights not working. Whose checking all these kinds of things? Its also not acceptable in this day and age to have a TV with no english language channels. Fix it! spend some money to sort out these relatively minor issues. Many things in the rooms are broken, old or in need of a refit, renovation, replacing. IF a guest informs reception about these issues then it is expected that these will be fixed, If it cant be then reception needs to then inform the guest. This is very basic customer service and common courtesy. This is not russia this is a modern developed civilised western european country.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location in the heart of the action and our room had a great view and was very spacious.

The best sunset in Trani. Exceptional location, overlooking the Harbor, the Cathedral and villa comunale (very nice). Me, my wife and my son we were welcomed like we were at a friend's House, then any request (even for the small of 10 months) was taken care of. Breakfast in the former convent chapel was very good with waiter who served at the table, in addition to the buffet dolece and salty, espresso and cappuccino. To finish the room we reserved the second floor had a breathtaking view of both the Harbour and Cathedral is the villa comunale … a gorgeous sunset.

Staff very welcoming. The rooms are huge and the food very good and then the cheff is legendary.
