We stayed for 3 nights as a family of 3. We found the location ideal, close to the beach and promenade. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and on an evening there was a very busy street food area.
The room we had was a self contained 2 bed apartment with all the facilities and air con. It was modern and fully equipped. Very clean.
The day we arrived the pool was being repaired and the owners had booked at their cost beach chairs and umbrella at Fisherman's Bay. A thoughtful gesture.
The pool (once repaired) was fantastic and made our stay.
The owners were a lovely family.

I don't recommend it, unless you check that the tenant of the adjoining apartment hasn't changed.
Everything would be fine, except for the neighbor's habit of screaming which prevents sleep at night.
The value for money would require at least one window insulating from road noise.

I slept 2 nights as a couple.
Negative cost-of-stay ratio.
Interesting location and swimming pool.
Noise from the street at night due to non-insulating windows (wooden. )
One night of awakening (2 hours from midnight to 2 am) due to screams from the neighbor in the annual rental.
The owners know the problem, but they pretend nothing happens.
Sin.
