A magnificent place, surrounded by greenery. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean (we are very demanding). Really really friendly and always helpful staff. The pool spotless and fresh, seemed to be super clear fresh water. Finally, the cuisine was perfect, delicious food, first choice ingredients of the territory. Prices not cheap but fair as offered by the structure and staff. I hope to return as soon as possible. Congratulations.

Great location to be able to reach all the beaches and most beautiful cities of Salento, beautiful natural setting, lovely pool, comfortable rooms, impeccable cleanliness and then… Fantastic breakfast enriched every day by the cakes of the excellent cooks and local pasties! We really enjoyed the organization of the buffet to ensure the safety of customers in accordance with Covid standards. We also confirm the utmost friendliness of all the staff!

Great location. The oases of peace. Two days wasn't enough. One day he pulls the other. I would have gladly made a longer stay.

Well-maintained and welcoming great food and great location to alternate days of relaxation with days dedicated to the discovery of Salento. The real difference, however, is made by the people who lead it, who transmit their love for this beautiful territory, from the owner to all the staff always attentive to every need with kindness and professionalism. A beautiful resort, very clean and tidy, great kitchen and dinner location, helpful staff helpful and nice. The owner of the resort is always present and always available, treats you as a guest and not as a simple customer. A great place to rest and relax after a long period of work.

Pleasant evening at the restaurant of this resort, an oase of peace compared to the nearby centers and super crowded farmhouses in the week of August. Very well-groomed location, elegant but not overly formal. We were pleasantly amazed by the quality of the food and the proposed combinations. The barbecue squid with caramelized onion and fermented red cabbage is very good, the sea bass with colonnade lard and zucchini julienne is also great. Very good cakes. Great value for money, polite service but still inexperienced. Absolutely to recommend.

A very nice place for people who like a relaxing holiday. Despite the fact that the hotel is located in the southernmost part of Italy (if you look at the map of Italy, it is the southernmost part of the heel), it is a green area with olive groves and vineyards. All the hotel buildings are single-storey, each room has a separate entrance and terrace overlooking the garden. The property has a nice and large enough pool with a bar. The food is perhaps better even than in the four-star hotels: breakfast buffet, dinner menu is made the evening before. The menu consists of a fish menu and a meat menu. Everything is very balanced and delicious. The chef is one of those dedicated to his cause. I advise you to try the local traditional cuisine. For lunch you can order typical milking of Italy dishes. The hotel staff are attentive and polite. The rooms are cleaned every day, every day change all the towels, even the ones you didn't throw on the floor for replacement. A low nod to Daniele, she is not only a representative of the hotel, but the organizer of all sorts of informative and entertaining evenings with tastings of products, wine, excursions. I'm sure I'll be back in this place.

Beautiful Location, immersed in the green manicured, with a swimming pool in the middle. Silence interrupted by the chirping of birds, by the song of the rooster. Absolute relaxation. On the other hand if you want fun and holiday atmosphere at 5km you will find Otranto…

Nice staff but that cleaner is a little distracted, no toilet paper. Structure still in the process of completion but already in need of accommodation (shower cubicle). At the restaurant good quality but between in the dish and the other there is to wait more than 30 minutes.

Very good, in all respects. I was there with my family in September and everything in this place is of first quality: the reception, the kindness of the staff, the food (both at breakfast and dinner) and the activities organized for those who want to take part. We stayed two weeks in Milano a vento the very family-run hotel where we felt very comfortable around the clock.
The food was top and I got a menu created for me every day as a vegetarian (thanks for that and your extra work because of me)
Daniela helped us a lot with great tips to bring us closer to Italy.
Reception were very friendly and helpful and very nice

Pleasure to be here, we are the only English speaking guests, not a problem for the staff as they communicate effectively. Rooms lovely and we'll kept, Wi-Fi goodish. Food and service great, wine yummy.

For several years now we return to the Resort windmill and always find something new, most rooms nice and clean, manicured gardens, amazing pool for children, restaurant where you eat from God (and note that we in Apulia), morning breakfast buffet "exaggerated" and that others tell you visit and you'll understand what a treat I'm describing. Joseph and James, to his sons and to all the staff that takes care of us perfectly a big thank you and see you as always in late summer.
