I think it was the most relaxing week of my entire life! Let me start by saying, I had already been to Lido Marini for years and Puglia is in my blood, but the hospitality and welcome of the owner Pasquale makes you feel at home… the apartment is just a few steps from the sea and has all the comforts you can have, cleanliness at the top. We stayed at Casa Bluet from 18/08 to 25/08 and we had a really good time. The house is very nice and welcoming, located in Lido Marini, a very quiet seaside town in Puglia but close to livelier areas such as Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni, which are 30 and 10 minutes away by car respectively. There are 3 bedrooms available and in the kitchen there is also a sofa bed. The house is equipped with two air conditioners, one in the kitchen and one in the corridor, which perfectly cool the room during the night, ensuring a comfortable stay even on the hottest days. There are 2 bathrooms and both equipped with all comforts. The house also has a delightful small garden at the back with a comfortable outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after returning from the sea.
Just turn the corner to find yourself facing the sea, which is simply spectacular and multi-coloured. Along the coast there are both free beaches (also equipped) and beaches with all services.
Pasquale, the owner, was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. He also helped us in critical situations, like when there were problems with electricity in the country and he provided us with a flashlight so we wouldn't be left in the dark.
Overall, we had a wonderful holiday at Casa Bluet and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Puglia. We will definitely be back!
