The location is good, central to nice parts of the city right in front of a square and around the water.
Unfortunately it was anyhow a horrible experience staying here. As mentioned by many other reviews the building is zero sound proof and there’s a bar with life music outside, so it is impossible to sleep. The owner who reacts weirdly on other comments is simply lying when he says parties are only at Saturdays and end at midnight. Parties were every night of my stay, they ended much later.
On top in the morning I woke up from the noisy screaming of staff in the breakfast room which was directly next to my room and again with zero sound proof. You could hear every sound. This started at 7:30. Also every morning the staff knocked on my door and tried to open the door.
The hotel is also very run down, staircase has big black marks everywhere and the appliances in the bathroom are very rusty.
I highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs. I give two stars as I think if you are deaf and not too picky with cleanliness this place can be a fit due to the nice view and good location.

A local club is on the ground floor. With a DJ playing up until 3am. The final floor of the hotel feels just like inside the club. Imagine sleeping here.

The STAIRS! The stairs up to the accommodation were VERY steep. No lift, Getting cases up and down was a night-mare. And dangerous. There was no one to help despite asking, there were only two young women.
We arrived at the place and there was no one to let us in and we tried phoning and couldn't get through to anyone, we waited out side for 45 min. Then another guest arrived and they had better luck making contact with the owner. This is appalling behaviour. We paid the cleaner lady when we left!
