I can only give the highest marks to this structure… the cleanliness is impeccable, the 110 m2 house is well ventilated and equipped with every comfort, nothing was missing, we even found a new sponge in the shower (which was unthinkable, but I appreciate the details 😊) … Mr. Nicola was helpful and very kind already on the phone when I contacted him, and allowed us to stay until the afternoon since he had no other guests the next day…
In short, everything was perfect! Highly recommended! 😃

I really recoment this place. Nicola is very hepfull and kinfly. The falt is very big and quite. Nicola always help you and support. I was there several time due to work and I will repeat it again if I can.

I was a guest of this property in September, I found a really clean, spacious apartment, equipped with everything a couple could need. An exemplary homeowner, available and ready to meet our needs and who provides an excellent breakfast. In the nearby neighborhood there are large supermarkets as well as pizzerias, greengrocers, etc. The parking is always located under the house, and the most beautiful beaches are 5 minutes away by car. And it is also a strategic point for those who want to visit Taranto with the beautiful Aragonese castle (which I really recommend visiting) … what can I say? I can't help but thank the host and hope in the future to always be able to return as a guest of the internal B&B 14

We stayed in July 2019. As soon as you entered, the thing that struck us greatly was the cleanliness of the rooms and the house, it is really super clean. The friendliness and hospitality of the owner made us feel at home. Always attentive to detail, we had a wonderful time, and will return in September for an encore. I also recommend it to those with children.

We stayed in this beautiful B&B for a couple of days almost by chance. Courtesy and helpfulness are their trademark. Relaxation, privacy and tranquility are pleasantly breathable.

Very well looked after with a beautiful view being on the 7th floor. But what makes it special is the care and passion of Mr Nicola who helps manage the b&b, making the guest feel at home. Well-arranged breakfast service with good products, very varied and with excellent fruit! The passion of the owners puts into taking care of hospitality.
