We had a reservation for 1 night; booked and already paid through expedia.
Unfortunately, after our arrival we were told that the accomodation is already full. We tried to explain that we have a reservation, but the owner said that this is not his issue. He communicated only in Italian and was really arrogant.
We are not sure how this could happen but the reaction from owner and his arrogancy and absolute ignorance to find some solution or at least to try find out why the accommodation was booked twice was unproffesional and frustrating. Hence, I do not recommend this host at all if you do not want to spend the night outside without accomodation…
We paid for the accomodation but when we arrived and called, we were told (only in Italian, the man did not speak English) that it's full and it's not his problem. We asked for explanation and help but did not receive any of it, not even an answer to our numerous text messages. Horrible and very disappointing behaviour! Certainly do not recommend this B&B!

There was a leak a bucket was underneath but they forgot to throw away the dirty water so there was a smell in the bathroom. But overall it was clean.
