Great organization and clean and tidy rooms, the only flaw I noticed is the quality of the coffee, but of course this is a subjective thing. For the rest nothing to say, great breakfast and delicious lunch and dinner menus, polite and professional friendly staff.

Spectacular holidays 2020 spent in a fantastic hotel beautiful place cared for and qualified staff is a particular very welcoming manager satisfying all our whims. Clean rooms are very well cared for and eating yummy I recommend you I would come back next year.

We spent a week, from 15 to 20 June, with full pension treatment. The hotel was a beautiful surprise. Excellent in every aspect, building, seaside location, amenities, wellness path, great and varied cuisine. The room is spacious and comfortable, we recommend the sea view, a shame to do without it. The week has passed in all relaxation, thanks in part to the kindness, the
professionalism and availability of all. We absolutely recommend it. Congratulations to all those who every day help to make the holidays of guests serene and satisfying. Tojora!

5 stars are not enough for the quality and services of this property. Great staff, kindness and everyone's availability really, unique welcome and meticulous care for the customer. Excellent food: every evening a different theme always different; Super hearty buffet meals and you're spoilt for choice, it's hard to resist all those delicacies (… all that choice of sweets and cakes mmhh). I really enjoyed the rich offer of food varieties: from meat, to fish, both cooked and raw (great tartare! ). Breakfast is also very rich: many proposals both sweet and savory. Design hotel, tastefully furnished and maintained just as well. Impeccable cleanliness. Thanks to all the staff, we will be back next year definitely, a real holiday full of pampering and relaxation (pool and beach with free access, free spa package as welcome). What to say: Paradise exists and is at the Grand Hotel Riviera.

Personale gentilissimo. Organizzati per qualsiasi esigenza. Pulizia al top. Colazione internazionale fantastica. Parcheggio privato chiuso da un cancello dove si può entrare solo con la stessa tessera utilizzata per entrare in stanza. Piadina vista mare davvero suggestiva. Piccola spiaggia privata situata sugli scogli con piattaforme realizzate appositamente per lettini e ombrelloni.

This hotel is famous all over Salento (Puglia) for its luxury with 5 stars. Truly spectacular.

I think the reviews should be published even if they contain negative notes… The place is nice and clean, but the dinner of San Silvestro and the day 1 January were not up to the occasion: scarce food in quantity and unnecessarily sophisticated Considering the great possibility offered by Italian cuisine, completely ignored. For the families present would have been better a more traditional menu.

Awakened by the sea-swash from the rooms, you will enjoy a unique view of the Ionian, as well as you can access the beach of the hotel on foot, just a few meters away. A holiday also conceived for wellness, with the nearby green space in which is set a refined swimming pool, with a terrace that in summer evenings and not only is the scene of worldly events and festivals. Do not miss the superb suites, from whose faces you really seem to surf the sea, as if you were on a cruise!

Stayed one week in august its a 4, 5star hotel on the sea front near 2 small villages the hotel is 70s built but recently overhauled rooms are good food is rather good buffet style but gets repetitve after 4days wine and water is served with the meal but the wine is from a tap and so can be fizzy… a pity as its rather good the hotel has a decent sized pool and a whirlpool and a kids club the rooms are small but quite modern airco works well staff are very good difficulties no real beach just rocks in front of the hotel a hire car is essential for access nothing to do nearby staff in the restaurant are too quick to remove your not yet finished dishes the clients are 80 pct italian and some well to do english and french average age about 35-50 no hoi polloi present.

We stayed with you for 10 days and it was all wonderful and perfect. A beautiful hotel an impeccable staff and excellent cuisine, which made our holiday unforgettable. The dinner of August then was the icing on the cake, spectacular. You are a 4 star superior but for me you could easily become a 5 star. We will return because your hotel and the lovely sea you have we will always carry it in our hearts. Puglia is a region that leaves you speechless.

The food was not good. Restaurant looks like a school cantine. Too expensive, Definitely not a good value for money. Showerdoor, didnt close. The doorhandle from bathroom door fell off…

Beautiful. Hotel next to the beach, with very nice staff, especially the director, he is professional, knows how to treat the guests. Everything is clean, very stylish, comfortable. The hotel has own garden, what is huge, green and well organised. The hotel has own swimming pool too. Perfect place for families and ppl who wants to just relax a bit. For children/babies has separated kitchen and play ground.

Nice place, nice view of the blue sea, but restaurant serving somewhat "unlikely" dishes. I understand the search for originality, but sometimes the simplicity, combined with the high quality of the raw materials, is a winner. Guys, we're in SALENTO!

A great place to stay, elegant and comfortable. A stunning view with breathtaking sunsets on the swimming pool. Rooms are clean, big and they have all comforts. The food is amazing and staff so kind! I couldn't recommend it enough.
