What about. Perfect location, fantastic pool, professional and attentive restaurant service and, no less important, highly qualified staff very helpful and very kind. Thank you all for making our holiday special.

Simple and complete hotel. Clean, air-conditioned rooms. Large pool with various heights and hot tub. The only flaw TV room with a broken TV and gym not very much provided. The staff were very friendly and friendly.

The strengths of the property are definitely the beautiful pool and the friendliness and availability of all the staff. Wi-Fi is free. The standard room bathroom is a bit small. The kitchen in my opinion deserves more attention, offering local dishes, eliminating dishes such as cream pasta and ham.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel Santa Lucia with a group of 32 people with special needs given some problems related to their health. I will not dwell in the description of the place, the beauty of the pool, the wonderful garden; I want to put an emphasis on professionalism, helpfulness, humanity and the great heart of staff: starting from the girls who look after the daily cleaning of the rooms to the waiters, from receptionists to the pool staff up to the Director. All lovely, helpful, welcoming, and with a huge heart. Have satisfied any request, took into account every little need to make our stay great. Will stay again for sure.

I have gone through my family 13 glorious days, the Cook Laura was made available to assist my wife to prepare meals of my girl for almost 2 years, all the staff, starting with the morning with Andrea's breakfasts, nice person and very helpful, from breakfast to the pool gave us full support, very kind, Simona and Tiziana at reception were very kind. The pool staff was very courteous, I mean like Three-Star I think it's the best, the pool is beautiful and the rooms have a daily cleaning that the two ladies do regularly, a Hotel which made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

Structure which deserves a review to 4 stars. The pool is beautiful as well as the entire hotel. The value is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. In short, a structure in which my family and I will be back soon.

To be a three-star hotel we expected a different kind of stay and much more welcoming. The site is an advertisement deceptive because the photos do not indicate the State of degradation facing rooms. As soon as we walked in the comfort rooms smelled stuffy and musty so despite one knew of our arrival had not bothered to let some air environments, the dust abounded on both glasses on the illuminations of the bedside tables, the fridge inside was rusty, creaking bed nets to a minimal movement, not to mention the bathroom where the shower curtain and bathroom accessories and shower the same dilapidated Rusty the bathroom was not equipped with a hair dryer and toiletries were insufficient. The cost of rooms is not akin to the service that was offered.
Nothing to say about the breakfast, the structure that are good, but for cleaning and for the willingness to help us against left to be desired by replying that the thing had happened and we had to if we ever say it right away but our stay was only for two nights and we believe would not have been able to change our mood and regret the arrival. Do you think it was possible to change everything mentioned before, in a couple of hours at most? We asked for a reduction in price to compensate for but I wanted to know anything. Unfortunately only negatives about it for this hotel.

For me holiday means relaxation, good food, cleanliness, courtesy and relaxation. The hotel Santa Lucia Santa Cesarea Terme I found all this and more: humanity, sympathy, excellent cuisine, professionalism, availability and a spectacular coffee. Anti-stress treatments of the Spa Gattulla and pristine beauty of the place I have found the best way to cuddle. It is a holiday that I recommend to everyone.
