Very nice room and location. Clean and nicely arranged. We had a room with a small terrace and kitchen, which we used for breakfast and one diner.
The street is very close to the old city, but in a very quiet neighborhood.
The owner is very charming and welcoming, provides quality advice ok places to visit and eat.
We had a very pleasant stay at Otranto.

The owner is helpful. Location is fine. The issue was the room I got. It was street facing so I guess for privacy it only had one small window. The walls and floor are stone. Therefore it’s like staying in a cave as it’s dark, cold, damp and airless. Even when I arrived the clean towels were not dry and while I was there nothing dried in the room. The lack of daylight was unpleasant and while other rooms have some outside space this had none. Also the other rooms seem to have breakfast included but not this one. I also found it annoying to get a what’s app at 0845am telling me the owner was ready in reception for me to check out by 930. I found this unnecessary and unwelcoming.
