A clean and welcoming place, the owner is a really kind person. We had some problems and she helped us in a thousand ways. The location is surrounded by greenery, very close to the sea, reachable with a short walk in the pine forest. Despite the greenery, few mosquitoes. We had dinner there and everything was absolutely good, genuine and simple, a dinner for 10. Value for money, highly recommended.

Very nice accommodation. We had a studio with a terrace there. Alessia and Monique are very kind and absolutely friendly. They really care about their guests. The service is excellent there — like the meals too! For breakfast there is a big variation from fruits, to yoghurt till italian cakes. If you like dinner you can order it at the morning and it if freshly made for you at the evening. Beach is about 7 minutes by feet.
We liked it a lot at Missipezza, but the bottom line is the super friendly hosts Alessia and Monique — Thanks you two!

We stayed 3 nights, guests of Mrs. Gabriella, very kind, tireless, always smiling! We returned after a month to this place surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the sea and we will certainly return! Excellent breakfast and dinner. Clean and comfortable rooms.
