It was not our first choice, but with the idea to try a dinner at one of the many farms of salento near Otranto, we found the Masseria Muntibianchi. Between an expanse of olive trees, this place manages to combine tradition and modernity, giving a magical setting that has lit the eyes as soon as you cross the threshold. The few tables present, are arranged under the "sails" in the middle of the trees. There has been proposed the catch of the day and we opted for a tagliolino with lobster is really good and tasty. There are also excellent appetizers, both the patties warm with the salad, which we shared. The prices are quite high, but appropriate to the magical setting that offers this farm.

This is the Accomodation to choose in Puglia for many reasons. Firstly, you receive a highly elevated personal care from the Staff who genuinely makes a point about giving you a personal and high quality service. This I believe demarks them from other hotels/masseria's, for each of them it's important to make you feel happy. You're just anyone. Secondly, the venue is immaculate. Just near and tidy, the amphores on the Alley, with the british gazon, makes you want to relax im…mediately. A great place to gather all your senses and focus on yourself or/and your beloved. Last but not Least, food preparation is just excellent, accompanying the regions best ingredients on the table, serving you high level cuisine and yet not overdone meals you wont digest, with these the best wine bottles of the regions. att. Beautiful, new, modern and spotless Masseria. Construction made with Lecce stone with parking in front, Hall with a side breakfast room where every day you can find a dozen fresh and delicious cakes. Beautiful pool with behind park of olive trees and beautiful room. Very kind and helpful owner as well as the front desk girl. I was there two years ago and would highly recommend it to everyone. I know that now there is also the restaurant. Absolutely excellent price for the place and the service they give. I will definitely come back if you get in the area.

I stayed at this hotel early May for 8 days; Everything is perfect: the quality of the reception of all the staff and the Director (speaking French) always at our disposal. A superb location unique to the resourcing within an olive grove. Hotel close to a typical small village and excursions located in the Greek part of Puglia: the Salento (but we also went to visit the must-see as Matera and Alberobello) ; As for the table and especially the breakfast, It is a festival of homemade products and in quantity so. I would recommend this high quality hotel.

An incredibly beautiful resort in the middle of Olive trees — great staff being helpful day and night! Beautiful stylish decoration, outside pool with sunbeds, beach bar. Not to forget the breakfast buffet prepared by a Master chef cook every morning —! We strongly recommend this Resort.
