Neat and clean rooms, shame about the Wi-Fi not working in the room which is essential for business travellers. Breakfast on a common table with little privacy, coffee to be improved. I suggest shelves or stool in the bathroom to place the necessary items for personal hygiene.

We were passing through and stayed for 2 nights. Beautiful, simple, comfortable, practical 15 minutes from Brindisi. Kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Gluten-free products are also available on request. Excellent value for money. I recommend it!

Excellent accommodation friendly staff made good recommendations. Of where to eat The rooms where very large and very clean. The accommodation is quite new and right outside the old city walls. At night you can walk into the city and experience numerous restaurants.

The host was welcoming, helpful and very kind. Breakfast served and rich. Definitely recommended even for multiple stays.

The best structure for quality/price ratio undisputedly … for work I come almost every week and I have tried them all. The beauty (the rooms and the staff are pearls for their courtesy), the attention to the customer at any time (I often arrive late with the last plane being delayed! ), I can never find a thing out of place or not properly cleaned. Compliments.

The facility is nice, clean and well looked after. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious and well-lit.
I appreciated the hairdryer with the diffuser. Too bad for the remote breakfast in a bar that also closes weekly (and in that case there is no alternative agreed with the structure) and for the lack of parking. We manage but with a little more effort.

We spent a taste of almost summer in Mesagne, a strategic place to visit some of the most important destinations in Salento.
"Perla Suite" made our stay even more pleasant, since in addition to being a brand new structure (it opened in July 2023), it is well positioned with respect to the town center (really delightful little place), clean with a cleanliness that not even person who is more obsessed with cleanliness, would have to say (and I will count myself among them), the acoustic insulation of the rooms is excellent, large, fresh (in the height of summer I imagine the relief of returning there) and equipped with every comfort.
The kitchen area for common use is also always clean, tidy and offers the possibility of making tea, coffee and possibly preparing a dinner just like at home.
Lastly (and absolutely not least) the girl who manages the structure, Carla, a very young girl, always available to find solutions for us guests and also, without intrusiveness, to have a chat around the table.
If we were to return to Mesagne, my family and I would certainly know where to stay.

Carla and Roberto were very attentive to our needs and worked hard to help us feel comfortable. The breakfast that they arranged with a local cafe was delicious. We were very happy to stay here for two days!
