Great friendly warm hospitality. Andrea and his wife are so kind. Place is great close to manduria. We have enjoy the “private” pool They also love pets so much, our Yuki was so happy to stay here. Thank you guys! Well done! We’ll back. Marco firenze!

Overall it would be a very nice place — well kept, comfortable, hosts are very friendly, but there was a serious safety concern — I realized there is electricity flowing with water on tap in our room. Having informed the host I was explained the situation is known to him and was only suggested to wear slippers when washing hands. I was told the issue does not appear in the shower, but we did not take the risk od using shower or pool, as we were only staying one night. This needs to be addressed ASAP, a real pitty as otherwise the place was really nice.

This B& B has it all!
Big room with even a small kitchen if you to prepare yourself some food.
Also private parking space.
We could not enjoy the swimming pool as it was to cold.
Owners are very friendly and help full with some places to visit.
And we enjoyed an very taste full breakfast which was extensive for Italian norms.
And this for a very acceptable price!
Location is + — 2 km outside Manduria.
