This is a nice modern accommodation tastefully decorated with comfy bed, patio and parking on the road next to the property. There is a lounge with TV that can be used by guests, but would be nice if it had a tea/coffee station though as that was not offered in the room. The property is in great location, few minutes walk to seafront and restaurants. There are just few tweaks needed to make it more enjoyable.
The room was heavily scented when we came and even after a long time trying to air it out the smell was overpowering and very bothersome. In the future it would be best to avoid heavy scents. The breakfast really needs improvement, it is very basic and apart from fresh croissants there were only biscuits type of food and apples, tea was barely warm, felt the water from tap is warmer than the tea we were served. It would also be useful to have a designated area for smoking far from rooms. If you get a smoker next door and they smoke on the shared terrace the cigarette smell gets into your room, so can’t leave French doors open or enjoy terrace, not so great for someone with respiratory illnesses.
