We've stayed in the adjacent apartment that turned out to be an entire house with two bedrooms and a full fledged kitchen and living area. The rooms were big and comfortable and we enjoyed making our own breakfast. The only downside was that during our November stay, the house was quite cold with only the AC as heating. But as this is common in Italy, we were prepared for that.
The Residenza is perfectly located about 15 minutes from the train station, about 10 minutes to the city center, and there is a fairly big supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance.
I booked a room in this bed and breakfast and the service was just excellent. It was a very nice clean room, fully air conditioned and a great shower.
The breakfast was out of this world. Fresh fruits, yogurt and fresh croissants to name a few things.
Gloria and Giulio are the best hosts I have ever stayed with. They have a 5 star service and they deserve more bookings.
I will certainly come back when I return to Lecce.

The B&B is an old palazzo that was a bit modernised. The room had all necessesities you need: big closet, table, big bed, modern bathroom (with hairdryer), fridge and a big terasse. The B&B is in a very quite neighbourhood and close to the trainstation and the old town of Lecce. You can feel that Giulio puts his heart&soul into this place with every interaction you have with him. Breakfast is served everyday apart from Sunday (but you get a voucher from a nearby coffee bar).
When you arrive by car you get a parkingcard which allows you to park in the whole street.
We'll come back for sure!
