The location is great and the B&B is large, we stayed in room Mimmi which is the biggest room and has a lot of space and a place to sit and relax.
The building is a bit old though and could use some renovations.
The first dat the airconditioning didn't work properly but this was fixed.
The shower is terrible. It takes several minutes before the water is warm. Then it is either to hot or to cold. It's not possible to mix it to the temperature you like.
The water pressure is also bad, there is no pressure at al.
Breakfast is really simple, croissant and toast with jam and yoghurt with cereals. The coffee cups are old and dirty and should be replaced. It is possible to get eggs but at an extra cost which is unclear what the cost exactly is.
The lade who serves breakfast is really friendly just like the owner.
We had to pay in cash because she had an issue with her bank. So we had to withdraw a large amount.
All in all it is a nice place to stay but not for the money we paid.

We had a dissapointing stay at Relais Delle Rose. We booked 4 rooms (10 people). We booked via Booking. Com. Upon arrival, we had to pay about 50 euro's more than was displayed in my booking reference, which is not correct. We had to pay a tourist tax (which normally was included) and the owner refused to give a receipt or proof of payment which gave me a lot of troubles since I was travelling with a travel organisation.
The house is charming, but old (no hot water in the bathroom) and not in the best shape anymore. Breakfast was good, but since we had the bad experience with the payment, I would not recommend going here.

Building was nice and room clean, spacious and quiet. Friendly staff. We booked due to the property having a pool but it didn’t appear clean and was a green colour which was a shame.
