Valentina is the Master. She delivers a stunning property, with grace, style, excellent customer service and expertise. Her caring for your comfort and well being is genuine and kind. She provides all information on where to go, eat and experience. She’s a make it happen professional. My business trip was that much more successful with her steering the ship. Warm and lovely. Breakfasts were excellent and I savored her poached eggs with avocado. Will definitely return.

Beautifully appointed, very clean and spacious rooms located in the old city of Lecce. The rooftop pool, though very small, was perfect for a very hot afternoon dip after our walks around the city. Location is great, easy walk to all sites.

Beautifully restored building with only 6 rooms. We stayed one night as part of our tour of Puglia. We stayed in room 6, simply stunning, bathroom huge with double showers and double sinks. Carefully placed ceramics, clever bedside tables that pull out to reveal plug sockets, hidden tv.

Very beautiful hotel, unique style, very well decorated. Very friendly and attentive staff. The hotel is very well located right in the city center where everything is very close. The breakfast is very generous. In short, I highly recommend it, you won't regret it. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff for these wonderful days we spent with you.

From the beginning, I knew this place would be special. Very good communication, helpful suggestions and delightful staff. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice on the rooftop. Very close to parking options and easy walk to center of town. We loved our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, but designed for form, not function. I found several things annoying including the lighting. There is an over abundance of lights and switches in the room, the private patio could not be used as the cushions had not been cleaned in a while, the rail on the stairway is so low as unusable. The bath was designed with dual showers and sinks. The showers are so narrow as to be difficult to turn around. The sinks are just basins with no counter space. The showers are below floor level, but the doors so tight to the floor as a mat is unusable.
Parking is a 5 minutes walk and the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to locations in old town.
The location of the hotel is a bit gritty with an abundance of graffiti.
The breakfast was strictly carbs, pastries, croissants, ficcocia and so on. Yogurt and fruit available too.
I found the manager a bit off putting, like she was doing you a favor.
Overall I fell there are better options at competitive prices.

Elegant palazzo without any full time staff — noisy part of Lecce — with traffic and people loudly loitering outside — rooms very small — parking horrendous — at least on weekend with no baggage help. I anticipated an entirely different experience based on reviews.

Gorgeous modern boutique hotel in a renovated estate home. Located in the heart of old Lecce walkable to all sites. The service was outstanding and the breakfast was wonderful.

A short stroll into the town centre. Rooms are simple and small, but modern and clean. Staff were friendly and informed, they were very helpful throughout our stay when needed. It was great to use the sauna and we had it to ourselves. The rooftop wasn’t great, the pool is very small and is more of a dipping pool rather than anything else and the pigeons make it off putting, so I wouldn’t really count that amenity.

The Hotel was lovely and very clean, but on the first night the window, being an Italian window and shutter wouldn’t close for us. It was a simple matter for someone familiar with the mechanism, but there were absolutely no staff onsite to assist! It was easily fixed the next day, but Lecce had strong winds and loud university students who disturbed our sleep! In isolation, not a problem, but we had to go to an early tour next day and the included breakfast did not start until 8pm. We were made to feel uncomfortable turning up at 7.58am with no greeting from the ‘older’ kitchen person who continued to put food out and just ignored us. It was very rude! Caterina, when she was there was lovely, but generally their customer service needs to improve! The place is not cheap, so they need to improve the client experience.

Beautiful, graceful, in the perfect location and brilliantly quiet. The hotel was more gorgeous than imagined and more welcoming than we thought possible. It’s perfect!

This small boutique hotel is located inside the historic city, within walking distance of all the important sites and nice restaurants. The manager and other staff are extremely helpful and hospitable. They made sure our stay was very comfortable. The daily breakfast was top notch. They also had plenty of suggestions for places to visit and restaurant recommendations. And they went above and beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this property.

We were really surprised by this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful and they provided perfect recommendations and made our stay so easy. The rooms / property are stunning, modern and clean and it has a really boutique, authentic feel. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Palazzo Lecce. The accommodations are excellent, beautiful, extremely well designed and cared for. The Breakfast lovely, but the best is that there is great care to assist in one having the best time they can, helpful suggestions about what to do and where to eat, etc. I sincerely recommend this lovely haven.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and offers many amenities. The staff takes great pride in their work and in what the hotel has to offer. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location is fantastic — right in the city center and within walking distance to everything that Lecce has to offer.
