Palazzo Giusti Lecce - Exclusive Boutique hotel

We felt the staff was genuinely glad we were there. Offered to have a taxi meet us at our train! Norbert was outstanding and should be promoted! The rooms/ suites were spectacular as was the whole property. Breakfast was not only fabulous continental with fruits & bread & cappucino but “eggs to order” as well were included. Fabbiana hosted us superbly there. Hot tub on the rooftop was actually cold/chilly & very welcome on a hot day. Very special property. No detail left out. Maybe a 5 min walk outside the historic center.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palazzo Giusti. We booked last minute but the hotel was still so accomodating and ready for our arrival. Norbert at the front desk was incredibly helpful, had fantastic restaurant recommendations and was very welcoming. The room was well appointed and clean. Would highly recommend.

A wonderful modern, yet classic small hotel, in the middle of Lecce. I deeply appreciate the staff's attention towards us, and how they fixed a problem during our stay.
The rooms are big, with a very comfortable and huge bed, and it is easily one of the best 5 star hotels in Italy that I have stayed in.
We only had breakfast in the hotel, but that was very tasty and well served. Since this is the center of Lecce, I was worried about parking, but it turned out that we were able to leave the car — with a public parking fee — in front of the hotel during the whole stay, so that was pretty much excellent as well.

Wonderful place to stay in the centre of Lecce. Lovely big rooms, comfy beds, good bathrooms. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff!

Amazing hotel, very clean, wonderful and kind staff. Everything was new and beautifully decorated. Breakfast very good. Located in the heart of Lecce. Will definitely stay there again if I return to Lecce.

Palazzo Gusti Lecce has a great location walking distance from the historic center and very close to many plazas. The staff is OUTSTANDING going out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. Beatriz, Martina, and Donato in the front desk were always available for questions and to help with anything. Fabiana made breakfast a treat. She knew what everyone liked and the food was delicious. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you could dream of. The toiletries were also great. Thanks for a memorable stay!

During a cycling trip, a very good four-night stay in this recently opened establishment.
Hotel close to the old town of Lecce, therefore easily accessible on foot.
Great benefits and real quality of service from the employees. Including welcome coffee, fresh fruit in the room and complimentary bottle of champagne.
Beautiful choice menu for breakfast with fresh, quality products.

We were happy at the beginning with them. Afterward, they asked us to kindly change our room for, as they said, "the exact same room" (we accepted to change as it was for a client who took two connecting rooms and they made a mistake with the booking). When we arrived in the new room, it was not the same. (We had 2 showers in the old one, and the new one had only one shower and was worse than the first one). I called the reception, and they told me that they couldn't do anything. So, I requested a discount on the total price that I spent there. I spent around 700-800 euros. They gave me a discount of 40 EUROS, 40 EUROS… Unacceptable… Before going to this hotel, I spent a lot of money in another hotel that was owned by the same boss… They still did not give me a fair discount. I do not recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful hotel! really amazing, excellent room, excellent service, everything perfect. We were a week in puglia and this was by far the best hotel. The renovation work of this antique building has been done masterfully. Good location near the center. If you go to Lecce don't hesitate wonderful experience.

Beautiful Boutique hotel, brand spanking new. Very courteous service, attentive to detail and a wonderful breakfast with high quality food ingredients. Took a salmon avocado toast to die for. Design of rooms is very sophisticated with an eye pleasing blend of colours. Rooms are extremely spacious. Walking distance to the centrum. Highly recommended.
