Unfortunate treatment by the host, after being with the 12 to make the check in and after calling over ten times and did not pick up the phone, we had to cancel our reservation. We went with our two year old daughter and we were going to heat and dumped into the street by the incompetence of this gentleman for two hours; we had to speak with booking to help us to resolve the situation because they not got any response. After you cancel the reservation at the time is when we called this guy. It is a pitty because we chose this apartment for its good reviews and location but after our bad experience we don't recommend it at all.
