Our stay at the bb did not start in the best way: we call in the property, asking if it was early (about 9am) we could check in. Immediately the reception lady, informs us that our reservation is not there and categorically refuses to give the manager's number. After so many unanswered calls, they confirm the booking, making us anxious for the duration of the trip. Once we get to the property, we are greeted by a lady handyman, d leads us to the room. And to call it room, they have to thank us. Dirty walls, broken beds, an unused kitchen that didn't give off good smells. You know the photos?! Well forget it. After our complaints, we decided to call the manager again who was not in the property and after almost an hour of waiting finally good news: our room had been changed, much prettier, albeit with uncomfortable beds and small bathroom. They asked us the time we liked breakfast, and only one day they brought it on time. Afterwards always late, and for us it was a problem since we had to go to the sea and we got up very early. Rooms left open while cleaning was done… what if someone had entered my room?! (and I don't tell you what happened) In 4 people, we were handed only a roll of toilet paper, the basket never changed. For 4 days.
There should be extra staff, the location of the bb is strategic. With a little more passion and attention, everything would be much better! I certainly wouldn't recommend it, in fact.
