Perfect B&B with large comfortable and clean room, nicely decorated. Breakfasts were generous and varied — cheeses, meats, yoghurt, Italian pastries etc. We loved sitting on the roof top terrace with bottle of wine, overlooking the town — our host even surprised us with some bites to go with the wine. Great location within walking distance of all sites in the old town, close to train station. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We loved Lecce — our favourite stop on four week tour of southern Italy. Would definitely recommend this place.
I'd have to say this was one of the worst experiences I've had at any of the bed and breakfasts I've ever stayed at. First, the keys are all together on one ring — I separated out the key you use to give electricity to the room so that the AC could cool down the room while I went to have dinner so that I could lock the room and have the key to access the front door as well. When they brought a pillow to my room they say the key in the wall was separate and were quite rude and punitive in their reaction. After being scolded, I put the key back on the ring. I think it would be more sensible if they gave a way to have electricity in the room separate from keys to access the room and front door. Example, if you are traveling with someone, you could not stay in the room and have electricity while they left to do something.
Second, they do not tell you what time breakfast is. I looked at 7:45 and they were just starting to put the first items out… I decided to get coffee outside and come back by 9… at which point an assortment of food was sitting out uneaten. When I went to grab some they said no, that it was too late to get food at this point and they won't be here tomorrow to do breakfast either… at a bed and breakfast… again the communication was somewhat rude.
With these two experiences it feels like they've lost site of what it means to be in the hospitality industry as hospitality is not to be found here.

Possibly the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. The hosts are incredibly nice and friendly. The breakfasts were amazing. The rooms had everything we could possibly want and were very comfortable. We were traveling with friends and there were great communal spaces available for spending time together. The location was great — an easy walk to everything. Hope to return again soon.
