We stayed for 5 days there, unfortunately. It's my 137th hotel/airb&b, I travel a lot for work and vacation and this is the most terrible place of all 136 places I have ever stayed in! I got tricked by nice reviews on booking. Com and decided to book it. Very disappointed. The room was super small for three people, they squeezed a third bed in a room for two. You literally cant move around unless the other two people sit on the bed.
The room was very damp and not ventilated, my swim suit left to dry in the room was still wet after two days. The walls are made of cardboard, we could hear every single movement from other rooms as well as some snoring from guest staying in another room. The doors in this b and b are so squeaky, dont really know how the owners don't hear that. The room was very smelly.
Roberta is extremely unprofessional. It is written in their rules (booklet in the room) that the breakfast starts at 8am, we planned all our excursions after this time and were leaving the house at 8.30am, but the breakfast wasnt even ready since Roberta was always late and came around 9am. Every attempt to tell her that it's not how the things should go taking into consideration that we paid for our breakfast, didnt change anything.
We managed only once to grab our breakfast that was exactly at 9am instead of the stated time (8am), the brioche which is a typical Italian breakfast that you could find across every corner was not fresh at all.

Spent four nights in this place. Rooms are very cool. Clean and with a beautiful design. Breakfast is very nice, with local pastries included. Rebecca is extremely friendly and welcoming. Location is no more than 10 minutes walk from the historical city centre. We really enjoyed staying here and we will definitely be back again. Happy with our choice!
